Alice and Matt could not have been more helpful and encouraging through the entire recruitment process. Their friendliness put me at ease straight away considering I was taking my first steps into my career post-uni. Alice was an absolute gem, advised me and calmed my nerves up until an hour before my interview.

Matt and Jonny were fantastic in my recruitment journey, made sure I was a great fit for the company, had consistent contact with me to ensure I was set for my interviews, and also genuinely cared I was placed in the right company.

After a long job search I was contacted by Alice following a job application. She walked me through the whole process, organised my interviews and gave me great advice on how to succeed, which resulted in me landing a great job. Couldn't have asked for any more after after a tough search and couldn't recommend them enough!

I cannot praise Marmion Recruitment enough. Foremost, I attended a Candidate Interview with Matt, the Recruitment Business Manager. Matt really is a super nice guy and very good at his job, I really was enthralled by the job role that he contacted me in relation to, not only because I had the experience and transferable skills relevant to this specific role, but also due to how it integrated with my personal interests. In addition, I was also very impressed by just how quick Marmion Recruitment set everything into motion, once you decide to put myself forward for a role through them. After an in depth but very relaxed conversation regarding what the role would entail, they contacted the company to express my interest. My CV was then sent out to the company and they responded very swiftly expressing their mutual interest in me also. The Interview was then immediately arranged. The Recruitment Business Manager took the time to conduct a Teams call with me prior to the Interview, to run through what it would likely entail and offered some tips and general advice, which was very beneficial. Later that day I was informed I had been successful and I was offered the role 😊. I highly recommend Marmion Recruitment to any Job Seeker in the same situation as me, attempting to find their perfect Career match and not just a pay check.

Matt and his team contacted me the next day, I applied for a Service Support role as I was looking to change my career path into the technical field. Matt and his team were extremely professional and provided me with all the details I needed to succeed in the interview process of this role. I always felt that I was being supported during the process and the team kept me well informed during my one-week recruitment process.
