I just got a plufl for my aunt. She already lets her two Boston terriers sleep with her so I figured this would be the perfect gift. The plufl exceeded my expectations. We love it. It is so comfortable. My aunt keeps it in her tv room and now we can all lounge together. I think I am going to order a pink one for my room. I am obsessed!

shipping was weeks late. just like others, supposedly marked shipped, complete but that is just an excuse they use. I no longer needed the product so I canceled. They shipped it anyway and told me to refuse the package which I did. After all that, they charged a $25 shipping/return fee. I am disputing the charge. The customer service is terrible

They "mistakenly marked my order as complete" when it has not so much as received a shipping label. For six weeks they've been telling me it will restock in a week, only to push it back again. The item is still for sale on the site. How is it not in stock? If it isn't, why is it being sold for 6 weeks knowing it cant be shipped out in the 3-5 day timeframe??? Scammy behavior.

The order fulfillment is so bad I'm actually stunned they're still in business. Hope you don't expect to receive the item you order!

This company is really a joke. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. The shipment was extremely delayed because it was marked as shipped and was not shipped. Seriously!! Finally came after 3 weeks and shipped left it in the rain. Cardboard box soaked and fell apart. The “ free” blanket and whatever never came. I want to return but was asked to sent photo. Now I have a fully expanded pile of garbage in living room which will be nearly impossible to ship back.
This thing is made in China and smells like it. No different than the beds also made in China that are a fraction of the cost. If you buy one directory from target or the Chinese online stores you will save money and get pretty much the same if not a better item. The advertising is misleading. What is truly unbelievable this company does not have a phone number and replies online take days and seem as though they are AI generated.
Amex chargeback is only solution now. I think I was told to open the bags and take photos so it would be nearly impossible to ship back.

Poorly run company. There is no phone number to call, they finally emailed me back to inform me that they marked the bed as shipped, when they actually had not shipped it, and sent me an email requesting a review for the bed that they never sent. I got an apology, but still no shipping confirmation or tracking information. Needless to say, I will be reaching out to the social security office to inform them that Plufl has not only failed as a company, they have now added theft of federal funds to their list, as the money that was used were from federal funds issued to my daughter since she is special needs and in a wheelchair l. I’m the kind of person who could live in my reading nook—add a blanket, a good book, and I’m set for hours. I used to curl up in my oversized beanbag, but it never quite hit the mark for true comfort. That all changed when I got my Plufl.

First of all, this thing is HUGE. I’m 5'8", and I can fully stretch out without my legs dangling off the edge. The memory foam base is so supportive but soft at the same time—it’s like being cradled in a cloud. The faux fur cover is ridiculously cozy, and it’s removable and washable, which is perfect for someone like me who loves to snack while reading (or accidentally spill tea mid-nap).

What I love most is how it feels like a personal cocoon. The bolstered edges are perfect for propping up my book or leaning my head while I drift off. It keeps me in this sweet spot of feeling snug but not claustrophobic. Plus, it’s much easier on my back compared to my old beanbag, which always left me stiff after an hour or two.

I was a little skeptical about the price at first, but it’s 100% worth it. I’ve used it every single day since it arrived, and it’s quickly become my favorite spot in the house… more than my bed! I’m seriously obsessed with the Hugl Cooling Body Pillow—it’s a total game-changer! I’m one of those people who always runs hot at night, but this pillow has been a lifesaver. It’s so refreshing and makes a big difference in how well I sleep.

I purchased this body pillow about 3 weeks ago and I don’t how I didn’t have this pillow sooner in my life. This pillow is so soft yet firm and I can’t express how much I enjoy sleeping with it. It makes me feel safe as if I was in a little cocoon and I sleep like a baby. When I use the pillow as a chair on my couch it helps me a lot when I’m crocheting because I can rest my arms while doing it. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this pillow other that it was worth every penny. Thank you

Definitely worth the investment! The customer service is outstanding, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. My Cocker Spaniel and I love relaxing in our Plufl while watching TV and the soft outer fabric offers great head and neck support. I would buy 5 if I could!

I wrote about the issue with my pluffl having BLACK MOLD on it and the company only giving me a 50% discount on the pluffl total price. 50% off was and is still ridiculous considering that is the current deal. So, after my review, I got an email from the ceo thanking me for my "5 star review" so ofc I check the website. THEY DELETED MY REVIEW!!! I EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE MOLD THAT THEY DELETED!! Just be warned, having a bed on the floor is likely to contract MOLD. I had mine for less than a year and they wouldn't even give me replacement parts. The mold was on the side that laid on the floor and I had only discovered it once I took the sheet off to give it a wash for the first time. It was a serious case of BLACK MOLD and since I've had it less than a year, who actually knows how long that began developing. Unfortunately you can't post photos here and since the company deleted my review on there website, there's not much else I can do now. Please, do not buy this product. For your own safety, just don't.

UPDATE: They replied saying that I bought a "knock off" which is completely false. I have emails confirming my purchase with plufl and a video from the CEO of pluffl thanking me for my purchase. I have no idea what investigation they did, but it clearly has no basis. So first they delete my review off of there website, and now they are saying that my review on trustpilot isnt true and I simply had bought a "knock off". Wow. This company only gets worse. Once again, I would post pics and evidence here if I could but they don't let you. And I would post it on the pluffl website, but they would just end up taking it down like they did before. I will not allow them to silence my opinion because my opinion matters too.

I love the Plufl bed because it’s super soft and perfect for everything. It’s easy to carry around, and the cover is washable, which makes it so handy. It’s so worth how cozy it is.

First hand experience falling asleep in the Plufl - product is really well made and also cute addition to the room. Love the story and hustle of the founders too

We had great customer service and the most comfortable bed ever! It makes me want to sleep in it all the time. In the evenings I am always looking forward to relaxing with my dogs on the Plufl and watching some tv.

The material is also great. It's made with a super soft exterior and sturdy, yet comfy bolsters that provide both head and neck support - all making it a total experience! It is the perfect addition to our living room. I really like the product and will be purchasing another when moving to a bigger place.
