No goods, no response and no refund. Dodgy reviews keep appearing giving 5 stars but the reviewers only have a couple reviews and both are for this site. Smells like a scam!

WHY AM I JUST BEING IGNORED???
Paid nearly £200 for an item on 21st February and have heard nothing since. Have emailed, messaged on their site, tried to call on numerous occasions and my daughter even messaged them on Instagram as they are apparently posting daily offers of their products so they are all still alive! This was a present for my daughters birthday and as I am disabled and housebound I don't have much money and I cant afford to get her anything else now. I don't usually spend that much but she is so young and is my full time carer so wanted to treat her for once. Am so upset and annoyed, especially to be ignored like this, and really don't know what to do. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered from them on the 27th February. Since then I have had zero response to any form of contact. The phones are not staffed, the emails bounce back and they do not respond to any social media contact.

Buyer beware
Ordered products online with this website and nothing has arrived, can’t get hold of them and they will not answer emails.
I think they may be a scam or at best a very poor service business. My advice is avoid them.
