Despite paying for next day delivery it took 3 working days to get to me. Customer service says this can sometimes happen with DPD. If DPD can’t be relied upon maybe remove them as a delivery option?

my experience with supergood
ordered 7 different eliquids from here, had a 24 hour delay due to low stock however was prompty told over email that was the case and when the package arrived they had doubled my order for the inconvenience, they went above and beyond to apologize for a small delay that is a sign of a good company.

Great stuff as always. Never disappointed with a Supergood package. Not as big of a fan of the Uncommon ones I've tried as I am of the Butter, but it's still *very* good.

Some of the best juice I have vaped and the only reason I docked a star is because on the last order I was missing a nic shot and then the previous ordered 2 different juices and received both of the same one, and okay they said they was out of stock of of the other one but then I was stuck vaping 400ml of the same juice when usual every 50ml I change over so to not get vapers tongue, a phone call to be asked what I would like has a replacement or my account to be credited would have made me a lot happier than what happened, but it's nothing serious, like I said probably some of the best juices I have vaped and I use to work in a vape shop and have been vaping for the last 6 years and them prices for what I class as a premium juice well you can't go wrong and super fast delivery so yeah keep up the good work 👍
