I brought the Vanilla vegan protein…
I brought the Vanilla vegan protein from sainsburys and the taste was really bad and very far from vanilla, i was unable to continue using this product which was really disappointing as I’m a student on a tight budget. I wouldn’t recommend buying this, just want to warn others.

I've used Tribe for a number of years
I've used Tribe for a number of years, and highly recommend their range of bars and cereals. I tend to order directly from the site, and on all occasions, their delivery has been super prompt.
The only criticism I'd make is that they have recently discontinued a number of their products, meaning their range of flavours for their bars is now quite limited. I do hope they reconsider this decision.

Box containing no product, simply a promotional flyer
It's very simple to me as I've worked in Manufacturing and Distribution. If a product is ordered, it appears to me that the process involves preparing the carton, loading the carton with product adding documentation, in this case a promotional flyer, and then sealing it and shipping. So, in this case, the Postman looked very puzzled, shaking the box approaching the house. I took delivery, shaking it too and realising it was extremely light. I photographed it closed and opened without any product whatsoever inside. I am not complaining if the system sends me a full replacement box, then I can rate it higher. The response to my "complaint" from your end was to immediately place an order to replace it - that was fine thanks. I await its delivery.
It has now been delivered, on time and in full and the company has positively and rapidly responded to my concerns. I am very happy with this response.
