If I could give zero stars, I would. This company are a bunch of thieves. I preordered a pair of sneakers in October 2021 and they were supposed to be delivered by November 2021. It’s now May 2022 and still no sneakers. I have attempted to contact these fraudsters on several occasions, but they never respond. I have now raised a dispute with my bank. Stay away from this shonky business.

Purchased a sneaker last year, sent them at least 3 mails about a refund within the refund time period but didn’t get no answer. Was left with a mediocre quality shoe that didn’t fit me, and on top of that heavily overpriced. Honestly the quality is seriously overrated by youtubers like Seth and Qias, get yourself jordans for less money. And as i’ve mentioned, customer service was non existent in my case
Ordered from them a month ago, after a week they sent me an email saying my order will ship by next week since there having trouble with the logistics. A month passed they didn't ship it, sent some emails they refuse to reply and now i created a dispute with my bank to charge back my money. In short there very bad not worth ordering from.
