Good on the surface until you need a refund

Everything’s great on the surface when purchasing and the product was genuinely lovely. The issues I had were when I tried to create an exchange and then ultimately a refund.
They never sent my exchanged item and if I hadn’t chased them up, would never have had it. The whole process was so long and I had to send countless emails to nudge the process along; super frustrating!
Then when the exchange wasn’t right and I had to return, again, meant me chasing it. It was so time consuming and frustrating and it didn’t need to be. Why?
Sort it out WAWW.

Still waiting for refund!!

Made a pre-order with them in July for £35, they took the money out of my account when I got a shipping notification and I never received the item. 2 weeks later I was told that there was an error in their system and they had accidentally oversold the pre-order and offered me a discount code to use on a future purchase. When trying to chase them for a refund they have been very vague with their wording (no confirmation it had been processed) and only telling me they are ‘looking into it’ after days of waiting for a reply. It has been a month since the money was taken out of my account and over 14 days since I was told about the system error and I have not received my money back. Their customer service is terrible, I wouldn’t recommend shopping with then to anybody.
