Already gone through 2 refills. Once you get the product warmed up it glides on the lips nicely and gives a good amount of moisture. I’m super picky with balms and this passed the test!

I quite like the lip balm; it feels nourishing and smooth - and it doesn't leave an unpleasant taste in the mouth. But I'm disappointed in the case. It worked well for the first little while, but now the lid is very loose and has a tendency to work its way off in my bag, which is then rather unhygienic.

I tried this when it first came out and hated it however, the new formula and screw lid packaging is 10/10 and has replaced my high end lip balms!
