Workforce is a very good company

The company is doing well because of the relationship between the management and the staff. The company is doing well because of the quality product we bring to the system. The team leaders made me strong to aquire more experience when i started working here. People should know about the branches of the company and the work rate

Having worked with numerous recruitment companies over the years, and in recent times, moving away from utilising their services and preferring to use other methods, I used Workforce for a specific role vacancy and liaised with Oliver at their Redditch branch, I been impressed with the communication, the caliber of candidates and the overall experience has been positive.

Workforce has been a wonderful place for me to work with, well appreciated. What l want the company to work on is the retaining of staff to be permanent( after like 8 month of working on the job)

I would definitely highly recommend Workforce, in Particular Louisa (Redditch branch) was absolutely wonderful to work with and she pushed me for many roles despite being unsuccessful plenty of times at the interview stages. She never gave up on me and carried on pushing me for roles. I can now gladly say that she has managed to secure me my ideal role.

I am new to working for an agency , and on this experience , I must say it was very straightforward and stress free . Dana at Workforce ( Coventry branch ) kept me informed about a particular job vacancy that I was interested in and she sorted everything out for me .
