I was approached by Tom Edney from workforce who made contact to see what roles I was looking for. I explained to Tom that I was currently working in the motor trade and that I was looking to get back into engineering. Straight away Tom had some companies in mind that would consider my return to the industry, even though I had been out of it for just over two years. He clearly explained the companies he had in mind to make sure it was something along the lines of what I would of liked to do. After our friendly chat, I felt much more confidence that I could indeed have a chance to return.

Within a day or two Tom had made contact with said companies and had come back to me with an interview request. Super! I attended the interview and Tom called me after to get my thoughts. Another day or two passed and Tom came back to me with an offer position! I had some needs and requests, which I personally thought would potentially put the employer off, that I put forward to Tom and he happily went back to the company on my behalf with the requests. Amazingly, a few hours passed and Tom was able to come back with my needs met and I exactly how I wanted it! I really could not of asked for anymore from either Tom or the company.

If your lucky enough to work with Tom, your in for the best chance of getting just the job you want. Tom goes above and beyond and I'll be forever grateful for his help going into my new role.
