I recently bought 2 pair of glasses from them and they sent one pair that was in the same style but different color and the other that wasn't even remotely in the same realm. Their response was to say that they would credit me $20 to fix their mistake and leave me with 2 pair of glasses I dont want. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Terrible customer service. I should have stayed with Jollynova or another glass company.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses with a 2.5 magnification from Fumbo back in July 2025. It took quite some time for them to arrive . Once I received them I tested them glasses and they weren’t +2.5 . I reached out to Fumbo asking for them to fix the problem and it took a tremendous amount of back and forth for them to finally agree to replace them with a new pair. After about another month of waiting they sent me another pair and they were identical to the last pair I received and again not reading glasses. I go down the path asking for a refund and the company was arguing with me saying that it was impossible that both pairs are incorrect and that they manufactured in quantity and they are certain that I am mistaken. I was super frustrated and explained that this is wrong and they need to fix the problem. Then Shirley with Fumbo insisted that the only way they would refund me my money is if I found an optometrist with a lensometer and took photos of digital machine showing lens magnification as proof for them to give me a refund. I now had to spend time to find a local optometrist that had a digital lensometer and take time off work to go there to take these photos. None of the optometrist I found were willing to do this for free so I told Fumbo that if I pay for this they will need to reimburse me for this as well. Well low and behold I paid $15, missed work, and indeed now had proof that they sent me -2.5 distance glasses instead of +2.5 reading glasses. I eventually got them to process my refund but I explained to them that they really need to reimburse me for my fees to find a lensometer or at a minimum offer me some type of discount or new frames as a courtesy. Well no response as all to do the right thing from a customer service perspective. It’s a shame because they have a nice product and I would have referred them business. But I can’t work with a company that won’t make things right after being so indignant with me about being right . It’s the principal that i had to spend this time to do this.

I ordered reading glasses .. sent my prescription .. it takes long time to receive them more than 2 weeks .. then when they arrived there was no prescription on the lenses .. I emailed them and other 2 days to respond .. they said it was a mistake and that they found the ones I ordered in the warehouse and that they will ship them with fast shipping .. I am still waiting ..

Cheap Chinese Company, Don't buy from WearFumbo, They fumble the quality, It's of the quality of cheap plastic you'd find on Halloween plastic candy buckets.
Stay away and definitely spend your money at more reputable places.

I ordered some reading glasses, they wrote and told me they didnt have the colour i wanted and asked me to select a different colour. The wrong colour and model arrived. I contacted customer service (Shirley) and they told me I could not have a refund and offered a $20 refund despite spending $104. They then offered me $60 credit and said they will not refund them. I have since done a little research and found they have a few other brands with some very negative feedback. It seems everything they do is a scam. Dont order from any of their websites.
