sizing issue
the dress is nice and very fast delivery however the dress was huge and definitely not a size 10 as stated on your website so I had the decision as to whether to go through the process and cost of returning to you, as no free return or to pay for a local tailor to take it in ( 2 inches each side) which was annoying and an additional expense, which I eventually did. So I would be reluctant to purchase again from you as I could not feel confident of your sizing.

Dear Susan, I am sorry that you have had a sizing issue with the dress that you bought but I have to state that this dress was a size 10 as noted on the website and as a conversion size by the designer from the European sizes. The size chart is available for the dresses and sometimes in Occasion wear, the sizes can be a bit more generous. I believe that your dress had a price reduction and you also received free delivery on the dispatch of your order, however, if you were not happy with the size and wanted to return the dress, it was not an issue at all as stated on your returns form, all you had to do was contact me and I could have helped you with that. However, I know that the particular dress that you purchased is a beautiful one.
We do endeavor to give the customers as much detail regarding the sizing as possible and some customers will call to check sizes etc., however, it will happen that some garments will size bigger than others even within the same brand so it is difficult to capture all the information but thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you are disappointed as we do want the customer to be happy with their purchase. Thank you
