Great a few years ago, terrible today.

It used to be a semi-premium brand — now it’s absolute rock bottom. The quality has deteriorated drastically. Whoever is responsible for this inside the company has completely ruined the brand. Even their own logo comes off when ironing, buttons don’t just fall off but actually break. A total disaster. I used to buy every second piece of clothing there; now I’m done.

I have not received my money back!!!

I made 2 orders. I received both in a short time, products seem to be a good quality, but I had to return a dog jacket, because there was a bad size description. The problem is if you want to return the goods. You have to pay for return, which could be a problem for somebody, nowadays the sending fee is not cheap in CZ. But more important: I did not received my money back yet. I have sent already 2 emails with reminder, I got a reply for the first one, that I have to wait, second reminder is without reply :( It has been already 18 days and nothing...

Scammers, very bad materials

Worst customer service ever,did like the clothes was advised at the store to place order online to find more varieties and my size, which I did place a huge order of 27 items, received it missing 2items, tried to contact them many times and opened a case, they reply rudely,"cannot accept a claim for missing products."also did return clothes at the store one week ago, and didn't receive my money back.

No response on the complaint

I have bought winter boots in October. They look good and were very comfortable. However, after less than 4 months the sole in one shoe split in three places creating massive holes. No response from the seller on my enquiry.
