Really lovely people on the team that got in touch with me. I did have to email for an update after around a week about my purchase however, their Wi-Fi was down at the time and I totally understand that these things happen. The people were so lovely and very fast at replying after I emailed for an update. Really amazing customer experience and the product exceeded my expectations!

I purchased an item and completed the payment only to be told 3 days later that it had already been sold but still on the website. Refund was made but shouldn't have happened in the first place. Need to update the website more accurately.

I’ve purchased jewellery at Helston in the past and the Falmouth branch this week. Lovely shop and the customer service was excellent on both occasions. Very friendly, helpful and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase, a beautiful silver bracelet, nicely gift wrapped.

I’ve visited the Helton shop while on holiday and the Cornish tin gold and silver is beautiful jewellery. The mail order service is excellent, they very promptly get in touch if there is a problem.

Beautiful jewellery at a fair price and good communication from point of purchase to delivery, from Wearnes.
My only gripe would be that when reaching the payment page of the website, I was repetitively bombarded with a pop-up information box about Christmas delivery times. Which I ordinarily wouldn't have minded, if it was once and not January. That said, my experience all in all was really good and I'd happily purchase something from them again.

I wanted something unusual for my friends special birthday. She has links to Cornwall so I went on the hunt for Cornish jewelry and came across Wearnes. The web site is very informative and placing an order was easy. The bracelet arrived next day and is as beautiful as the website depicts. They also include a rather nice gift bag. Very satisfied with the service. Just hoping now that my friend loves it as much as I do

As I’ve only just completed my order, I haven’t yet received the goods, so I can’t comment on the quality. I liked that it was easy to have the item delivered to a different address. However, I did find the purchasing process rather confusing. A Next Day, delivery was £4+, while the standard first class was £6+. Also, the default was something like ‘All things Cornish’, with ‘Jewellery’ being different. I was purchasing jewellery but left the default as it is. I’m not even sure what ‘All things Cornish’ is because I found the brooch via a Google search. Could be clearer.
