Size chart is massively incorrect and they will not remedy their error
Placed an order for 3 items total, 2 of them were final sale… but I measured according to the size chart and expected no issue. My torso measures under the 68 inches per their size chart indicating I did not need the long length. When I received them, however, they are way too short in the bodice and the breast cups are about 1 1/2 inches too low. I’m an average height and size so I have to wonder how many others have also had this issue. I contacted them about returning since the issue is with their size chart and they absolutely refuse to help. I get it, final sale and all… but it’s false advertising. Now I am out $120 even at the reduced prices for 2 of the 3 items I ordered. The other I will be stuck paying a $6 restocking fee for because they don’t even have the long size in stock. Currently looking into all my options since they refuse to accept responsibility for their incorrect size chart.

Do not purchase from this website, the item received are cheap and bad quality for the price sold. Their website also have a false statement where it says they will return the item if dissatisfied in 30 days I bought a Shapewear made from china and not worth the price for what I received. When I intended to return it I got the run around via email and no one will pick up the phone to call you and assist. Bad customer experience!
