I love the product itself. Only issue is if you accidentally lose your tag, you have to purchase another one.

I'm relieved now when I run with this device. It makes me feel safer. I use it on all my runs, solo or with others. I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't have an on/off feature because having used mine for less than 2 months I'm already having to replace my battery. That is my only complaint so far.

Provide strong two-way adhesive tape as a mounting option. I use wearsafe as a security button while rideshare driving. I went to Michael's and purchased Velcro brand adhesive that I used to mount the wearsafe button to the left of my steering wheel on a stationary part of the dash in a discreet location that I can press without taking my hands off the steering wheel. In an assult or carjacking, the perpetrator may feel threatened if the driver were to remove their hands from clear sight. The perpetrator may ask the driver to keep their hands on the steering wheel where they can see them - this would be similar to requests made by police during traffic stops.

I Love Wearsafe. My wife is legally blind and jogs with her Guide Dog daily. I also travel for work. It's a great piece of mind knowing she can call for assistance and we can quickly determine the level of need and her location. Only reason for not getting a 5 is her 1st tag failed after an unknown period of time. Not a battery issue and we ultimately got a replacement. We'll test it more frequently now. Other than that, we love it and have recommended it to other friends in the blind community.

I saw your wonderful little device through an acquaintance on Facebook and after delving in to how it actually works, I decided it would be ideal for me. I do a lot of trail running and I'm often a solitary runner so this gives that extra layer of security. Lots of great features - it's very small and portable, waterproof, and can also send an audio alert if needed. It also gives family/friends peace of mind that I have this type of tool at my fingertips. The app is seamless and very easy to understand. Highly recommended! This can be used in so many environments where you need protection.

Open the box and I'm a little confused as to how this works and how to set it up. That being said, customer service has been unbelievable. An almost immediate response and phenomenal follow up to see if my issue was addressed. My daughter has left for college and for the first time I felt unprepared to protect her. I now have a level a comfort, along with campus security and my teaching her about safety ;) thatbshould she get into a situation where she's potentially in trouble, she has a way of protecting herself. My sister gave this as a gift to my daughter upon her high school graduation after giving it to her own two daughters when they started college. What a thoughtful caring gift!! Hope she'll never need it but at least I know she has it if she does!

So far my fiance and I love our Wearsafe tags! We are avid long distance runners, which means we inevitably end up running a lot in the the dark during the New England winter. We also cover some serious ground during longer runs and often end up in relatively isolated areas. Having the tags that provide instant support and connectivity to friends and family has done wonders for our piece of mind.

By far my favorite feature is how easy the tag is to operate. I often run with my phone in the dark and in the winter for safety, but as any runners knows phones are very difficult to operate with gloves on and your hands are basically frozen in place after a few miles. In any emergency I would have an extremely difficult time operating my phone, but with Wearsafe and I need to do is press a button and instantly friends and family are notified.

I would highly recommend this product to not just runners, but any outdoor enthusiast!

Great Customer Service! I was having trouble pairing my Wearsafe Tag with my phone. After trying everything the technician recommended, and not being successful, they sent me a whole new Tag! The new Tag paired perfectly and now I'm all set. The Tag gives me peace of mind while I'm out by myself.

I have not needed to use the tag nothing has happened yet that I needed to press the button just knowing if I need it I can press the button on the tag & someone knows I need help the feeling is reassuring!
