I am still unsure of which product I am going to ultimately get.

A company that shows that your safety is their number one purpose and goal.

I am really enjoying having my Wearsafe button to wear. I can go about my own business and know that if trouble should come up, I would be safe. I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone, especially ladies. And all the dealings I have had with this company have been good. I received my button soon after ordering it, and I love that it's only $5/month to subscribe! That's certainly cheap enough! Yes, I am highly pleased!

They responded quickly to my question.

I have not had to use this product in an emergency, but I trust that I could quickly and intuitively, especially if a loved one were in need of help.

I haven't had to use wearsafe yet which is a good thing. But it gives me peace of mind to know it's there. Customer Service has always been very responsive and helpful.

Love Wearsafe. I was nervous walking to and from work, but with my Tag I feel much better. Sometimes I forget to put it on in the morning and I notice how different I feel without it, so I'm working on making it a part of my routine. Other than that- works great and I haven't had any problems with it!

Wearsafe is reliable and trustworthy. I don't like going anywhere without my tag.

Knowing that a situation (fall, etc.) may happen quickly the Wearsafe tag provides me peace of mind as I run or walk outdoors.

We also like that the Wearsafe tag is a great way to stay connected with active, mature parents who remain "on the go" yet may need assistance at anytime. (And, we especially like that personalized medical information can be shared as needed.)

I ended up resolving my problem on my own. Otherwise this was a very good support experience. Quick response times, willingness to engage, all the things you hope for when contacting support.

Good device that offers easy notification. The reply to a network invitee needs to be simplified and made a bit more intuitive. Also, guidance on activation sensitivity needs to be more prominent in the set up to avoid inadvertent initiation.

I bought the Wearsafe tag for my teenage daughter. So far the app and the system have worked exactly as advertised. I'm glad she has it.

Feel so much safer running outside

Purchased two clickers for son and grandmother. During initial test was unable to cancel test alert as app would not allow it.This raised concerns of malfunction during a real emergency - what else is not working properly?? Apps also run in background draining battery for no reason. Returning product. This should not be used or marketed for safety. If a product does not work it should not be offered to the public.

A well-designed product with excellent packaging. I really enjoyed the unpacking and setup process. Very thoughtful. As you would also expect, a great UI/UX with the app. We are enjoying the additional peace of mind with this wearable security device.

Grest service and much needed application.
