AVOID!!! Bonnet is definitely nothing even close to silk. It’s a cheap Chinese bonnet that you can for sure buy on SHEIN or Temu, exact same quality. I asked for a refund and I haven’t received still reply about it for 2 weeks. Awful experience and customer service. Avoid at all costs. I really wish I have checked trustpilot before ordering…

Ok it's not a silk bonnet but it does help with frizz. I'm hoping I won't sweat wearing it in summer. If you tie it right it does stay on. Not 100% satisfied but I will give it a try so I don't feel I wasted my money.

Shame you can’t give 0 stars. Unlike others my order arrived within probably a week. Arrived in a clear bag with no information, no label to confirm material - which is 100% not silk!
Tried on my daughter, it doesn’t stay on. No matter how much you try. It was also all coming unstitched.
Emailed to raise a return on the above basis. Was provided information on how to tie. Emailed back to say I’m not happy with it. Would like a refund as it’s also coming unstitched. They’ve now responded to say their return policy states a replacement should be sent. I’ve emailed again to say I’m not happy and wish to return for a refund. Still awaiting a response!
I’m now £20 down for something that probably cost no more than 50p to mass produce.
Do not be fooled into buying one!

If I could rate this website 0 I genuinely would. Any rating that’s above a 1 is probably a fake review. It takes weeks on end to arrive, absolutely 0 customer service, (they’ll ignore you if you bring up a slight issue regarding anything.) the “finest silk” bonnet you’re ordering is cheap satin that wouldn’t sell for £2 let alone the £18 or so you pay on their website- and you’d be lucky to get it in the colour you ordered. It’s a well constructed scam for people who know no better. They use stolen videos for their glorious Facebook and Instagram ads, I wish I checked trustpilot before I placed my order.

Dropshipped bad quality polyester crud. Comes in a plastic bag with ZERO branded packaging. A total waste of money. A total scam. Took weeks to arrive and absolutely sucks.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Cant believe I was taken in by the advert on Facebook. They should be banned. There is absolutely no labelling, it just arrives in a clear plastic bag. No company name, instructions for use, washing instructions, material or country of origin. Probably mass produced in China for £1. Will try and get refund but not holding out much hope. Really angry!

If I could give no stars I would, they don't deliver, they don't refund, they don't respond to emails. They do say they've delivered, unfortunately to the Netherlands when I live in the UK. So basically they lie and steal your money- DO NOT USE!!

I haven't yet received my bonnet, so I cannot write about it... And by reading the revised here below I truly hope it's of good quality.
No, what brings me here is regarding the customer service or support team... When I missed the delivery of my packaged I immediately proceed to contact them using the email support sent to me with the tracking number... I got a reply by Noah who, so far, was nothing short of professional, kind and attentive... If the bonnet will arrive or not it's another matter, but everyone should have a Noah in the customer service - Amazing!

Lining is not silk as advertised. It is the cheapest synthetic lining material.
I raised a return request weeks ago. I got a couple of automated responses. Then nothing. I have sent multiple emails.

Scam company. Claim their bonnets have silk lining but it’s 100% polyester. Ignore emails requesting a refund and also claim to have 65,000 5 start trustpilot reviews on their website (obviously false). AVOID

I ordered 3 of these as I was gifting 2 only 2 arrived. I have contacted them on 3 different platforms (their email, their contact us and through app Shopify) I have not received a response.
I wish I read the reviews too I hadn’t even checked what the actual bonnets were like until now definitely not silk as advertised!
I want a total refund now.

Having the same issues, requested a refund, which they claim to provide, and they either don't respond or try to deter me from doing so.

I have been wearing this bonnet every night since I received it 2 months ago, and my hair is so beautiful, silky and healthy every morning. This is so precious and important to me. I was very worried that my hair was becoming destroyed by the environment and aging. But your bonnets have saved my hair and my confidence.

Complete scam! The bonnets are itchy, you can tell it's not real silk, and when you request a return, they don't reply to emails. I have been chasing them for a return for 3 weeks now, hopeless!!

False advertising on website saying the bonnet is made of silk on the inside (side that touches your hair), but it’s very clearly cheap polyester. Seems like reviews on their website and on insta are fake. There’s no way for me to write a review other than on here. I’ve reached out through their website and have been ghosted.
They apparently have a 30 day money back guarantee which is bullshit.
My items all didn’t arrive in the packaging as advertised on their website. Now that I’ve realised their website doesn’t even spell out the e in are I realise it’s a scam site. I did receive bonnets, but cheapo polyester in plastic bags with Chinese manufacturer stickers on. Very disappointed in myself for not checking on TrustPilot before purchasing.

So upset and annoyed. I usually look at reviews before buying but like others have said, I didn't with this website. I wanted to treat myself to something nice but instead I received a shit plastic bonnet in a shitty little plastic bag. Feel bad for others who have also purchased from this website. Absolute scam.
