Very disappointing
Very disappointing! 12 days after placing an order for a gift and after questioning where my order was, I was told of a dispatch issue. It would have been helpful to find out in time to reorganise the gift.

As we are an online marketplace, it is the brand who ships out the item directly and not us. We can obtain more detailed delivery information from the brand if requested by the customer. However, those items which take 3-5 working days tend to be shipped by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Standard post, so we would be unable to provide any tracking information. Kind regards, Ginny.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a few things from Wearth London recently. I had an issue with some of the interdental brushes I bought. This was rectified extremely quickly. The customer service throughout from Ginny was top notch. I would highly recommend using Wearth.
