Fast service but, it would help for all the shipment text messages not to say "Wear e Met" so that there would be no need to duplicate emails/messages to customers.
Please there there is a lot of email for each order so easy to get lost

In November I enquired about a watch…
In November I enquired about a watch engraving for my husband to be on our wedding day & I am so so glad I did because after finally purchasing a few days ago I recieved the final product literally the next day (I only paid normal delivery) and it was truly so much better than expected, the products turned out amazing & he will absolutely love them as much as I do!!!

I cannot fault the watch, the engraving and the customer service. There was an issue with a missing parcel which was replaced so quickly. I would recommend this company.
