This company is a scam. I in good faith ordered an ornament for my granddaughters first Christmas. It was never received. I corresponded with them and let
Them know the picture of the house it was supposedly delivered to was not
Mine and so far have not seen any refund Do not use this company it is a scam

the fact that i can design with my own pictures.. great for christmas presents. they are light to send via post..Shall return for birthdays, As we have like 13 grandkids with 5 ring in grandkids

The item I ordered appears to be very pretty. Since it is monogrammed, this process was very easy to complete.

Easy to understand instructions and easy to do.

The first bracelet I ordered was too small for my grandson. Contacted customer service and they provided the process to rectify my problem which was very comforting. We’ll see how it goes.

I enjoyed the ease of shopping on line but we will see if I receive it in five to seven days

The company sent me a picture saying this was deivered and the screen shot showed a delivery but looked like a business and not just not my residence, but not a residence at all but a business.

I ordered a snowman SWEATSHIRT $38.99 and when it came a week after Christmas it was a tee shirt. VERRY, VERRY DISAPOINTED.

Still have not received my order. Shipping updates takes forever.

Not a long sleeve t shirt. Totally disappointed!

I bought a shirt for my wife for Christmas and it came out great. Then my daughter decided to change the name to our unborn grandchild so we had put in another order to update the name, but the original one came out great, you may want to order a size or two bigger than what you need though as it seems the sizes may run a bit small

The product never arrived. It was a Christmas gift. I am embarrassed that my gift to my mother never arrived. These Chinese companies should be required to CLEARLY STATE that the product is being packaged and delivered from CHINA. They said it would be delivered for Christmas. It was not. I cried so much because my mother had no gift from me.

It was pictured as a sweatshirt but it’s just a long sleeve shirt, also if there are any problems the contact system takes too long. A phone call would have handled in 10 minutes what took three weeks with the chat system . The size chart doesn’t match the actual size

It was easy to créate it and it will be a great girar for my wife

Ordered this sweatshirt over 3 weeks ago and today is December 24th and still have not received it. I have no idea at this point what the quality is.

Ordered a gift for Christmas on 12/2/25. Here it is 12/24/24 and it is no where close, it finally passed customs yesterday, The shipping is from China.
