Based on Weaver's recommendation I hired West London Construction Services Ltd to renovate my property. Unfortunately, a significant part of the work carried out was defective, causing damage and distress for my neighbours and huge financial losses which I've had to bear. Despite repeated attempts to address this issue directly with Weaver, my concerns have been met with silence.

I've sent multiple emails to Weaver detailing the problems and sought their assistance in resolving the matter. This included requesting compensation for the defective installation and the additional costs incurred. However, Weaver has failed to respond or take any responsibility, despite their role in recommending the contractor.

Their lack of communication and accountability is highly concerning. As a customer, I expected Weaver to at least acknowledge the issue and provide guidance or support, especially considering the contractor they recommended is now uncontactable and embroiled in legal disputes.

This experience has been both financially and emotionally taxing. I caution others to be wary of using Weaver's services, as they do not seem to take responsibility for the contractors they recommend, nor do they provide adequate support when problems arise.

Got intouch with Weaver.Build on 3 different occasions, hoping to get some quotes for a loft conversion.

First time I rang I was told to come back after the council had passed the plans and I would be able to get quotes. Rang back once the plans was passed and was told to ring back once I had structural calculations done. Rang back once the structural calculations was done and spoke to Linden who couldn't seem more disinterested if he tried. Then for him to tell me they don't have many builders in my area and the ones they do have are far too busy to be bothered to give anyone quotes. He also mentioned any of the builders they did have they was unable to get intouch with. Which fills you with confidence.

Linden did say they would be intouch when they have some builders available, but that just seemed like a false promise to get me off the phone.

Utter waste of time. Won't be using and wouldn't recommend.

Where do i start. This is a terrible company with owners who lack compassion. All they care about is money, not customers or staff, just look at their staff turnover. My heart breaks at the treatment i received at this company, worst experience of my life. Please avoid this company like the plague if you care about your mental health/sanity. A business that capitalizes and feeds of greed and privilege. After my experience at this company i had to undergo therapy as this company made me believe i was worthless and stupid.
