I placed an order on 3 March 2025, for 55,490 rupees.

Upon receiving my order on 11 March 2025, I was shocked to find that one of the shawls does not feel like pure pashmina as described, given the fact that i have so many pure pashminas i know how it feels like. I reached out on the same day through messages and calls to raise my complaint, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

To add to my frustration, the shipping cost me 3,500 rupees. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this website. While they may have appealing designs, the hassle and disappointment simply aren’t worth it.

I wanted a dupatta to wear with a suit I bought 18 months ago. I was sent a video with suggestions on styles that could be dyed to match. The finished product was beautiful and worked really well with my outfit.

Muskan was very helpful and was happy to make the changes . On request she got the blouse piece made first and sent to my tailor in Mumbai . And Saree as per instruction was made and sent to New Zealand . Saree was made exactly as I requested. Thank you Muskan . Will shop again

The saree shipped did not match the saree on website and the team is not responding either in WhatsApp or email. Very disappointing.

I was told after placing my order that One of the sarees that I ordered wasn't available due to quality issues. I had been sent a video of the saree before I purchased and that's why I selected it. Instead I was asked to select another saree as the order could not be cancelled and I had to settle for another that wasn't what I wanted but I felt like I had no other choice. I expected the sarees had already gone through a quality control before they were posted on the website. This was not a great experience even though the staff helping me did their best to find me a replacement.however the whole point was to get what I had ordered since it was not a every day purchase.

The Sari that I ordered is absolutely gorgeous. The smell of pure silk speaks of the authenticity of the banarsi sari. It come packed in a cotton pouch which will help me store it properly. But what impressed me most was how the company managed to ensure that the sari was delivered in 3-4 days, just in time for my husband to bring it with him to Kenya. Thank you. I really appreciate your professionalism.

Impeccable quality, service and fit

When I contacted weaver story about my order they were excellent at responding, offering me a video call to look at alternate options for my sari, and expediting delivery so that my order reached me on time.
The sari itself is beautiful. I am really impressed at the responsiveness, as not all clothing brands are like this. Thank you.
