Opening a new business I need a web site. Web-Ark was reasonably priced , fast replying to me initially and had good ideas. I had to put the website on the back burner because product I was promoting was delayed 2 months. I told them I wud get back to them in Sept 2024. Now, I can not get a live voice, all my emails are returned, all calls go to voicemail.. This makes me think they are a scam operation and ripping people off and never doing what their web site says or was told. It's been 2 weeks relentlessly calling and nothing.
Buyer beware! Check credentials and how long they have been in business. I now have to go to California CPA to report and possibly recover the funds I gave them upfront for nothing in return. Don't ever do business with Web-Ark
