I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I started my search for a coaching program that resonated with me, and like all great things in life, it found me. I turned down many coaching programs prior to finding the Center for Transformational Coaching and I can clearly see why now. It's more than a coaching program, its a new way of being within yourself. Once I spoke to one of the advisors I knew I had found the people and program I had been looking for. My only regret is that I didn't find DCI much sooner in my own transformational journey. I looked into many coaching programs. I was clear I wanted a Transformational coaching program. When I found the DCI, something told me that I have found what I was looking for. Little did I know I was going to gain a lot more to what I was expecting and looking for. Deep Coaching is really profound and it's constantly amazing me. I never thought this was possible with coaching and I am loving all the possibilities, the practices and feeling my heart's expanding in every lesson. When I think of the Center for Transformational Coaching, I think of integrity. Everyone I met during my coach training—from the founder, Leon, and director, Jonathan, to my learning leader, Cate, and all my wonderful classmates—were there for the right reason: to support soulful transformation with care and compassion. Moreover, they themselves were walking examples of courageously living into their own transformation. Their integrity reinforced an incredibly powerful experiential course that was designed to enable participants to step deeper into their own transformation while learning to hold space for others to do the same. In other words, I found a coaching home that was full of authenticity, love, and the training I needed to transition into a new vocation. I am forever grateful.

My experience at the CTC was not only transformational for me during the class, but also now having been out of the classroom and into 'real' life for some time and still call my classmates from my cohort lifetime friends. We continue to support each other and connect multiple times. This class not only changed me to awaken to my true purpose, but brought so many beautiful souls into my life as an added bonus. My experience with the Deep Coaching program was life-changing. I did the Deep Coaching Intensive with Cate Baio and Leon Vanderpol. The course was more than I could have ever asked for. The teaching was top notch and the material was profound. It was a personal and professional transformation for me to learn the deep coaching model. I first learned about Leon Vanderpol and the Center for Transformational Coaching through his book “A Shift in Being.” It was life changing. The book put into words what my soul was searching for. I then signed up for their weeklong retreat and I knew immediately I had found my tribe. I’m currently in the Deep Coaching program and it is hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have met amazing people from all over the world and my life is transforming and blossoming in ways I could not have imagined. The best part is that I know this is a lifelong connection and anchor in a world that is always in flux. I have been a full-time yoga and meditation teacher and a studio owner since 2014 before joining centers DCI program in 2025. Our studio has been a community and a space for all walks of life who are looking for both physical strength and inner peace, but the call for physical strength through yoga has changed to a deeper searching for meaning of life since 2020. I heard the deep calling, and yet, I didn't have enough skills to provide for people that came to me, and this is the reason that led me to DCI. In 2025, I prioritized myself to dive deep with the experts from the coaching field and many other like-hearted and like-minded people from different parts of the globe, and engage ourself for deep study and work on ourself on the weekly basis. I just recently completed my DCI program, and I already know by heart that this will put me on the path from leading people's physical health to leading their heart on the journey of personal growth and true transformation. For me, looking back, this is exactly aligned with myself in a meaningful level, completed my study and training with DCI not only helped me on the personal level, but also opened a big door for me that is full of potential for me to stretching my wings. I am truly grateful!

I found the Center for Transformational Coaching just about a year ago, and WOW, has my life been forever changed!

I've been a coach for about 5 years in health and wellness and was looking for a way to work on a deeper level with people. Something just felt missing in my practice and life.

I started with a course called Holding Space and knew the Center was the place for me. I just finished the DCI (Deep Coaching Intensive) and to say my life has been profoundly transformed is an understatement. It is hard to explain the deep, beautiful, and healing personal transformational process the DCI takes you through, all while equipping you to become a coach to help others do the same.

I am continuing to re-read Leon's book (A Shift In Being), participate in the community through the Healing Pain Inner Workgroup, and explore all the other offerings the Center has.

The community of other incredible individuals on this journey has also been an integral part of my growth and transformation.
