Can't believe this is a free service. I use it to stay in touch with my children around the globe. I have been using it for years. Why is it better than SMS? Adise from being free, you can also use it on a PC or laptop. Much easier to send documents than email. Very easy to set up groups and very easy to see who has seen your message. Really can't understand the negative reviews. Yeah, sometimes you get calls you don't want. Just block them.

I contacted them many times about scams and unwanted contacts in WhatsApp. They refused to help. I had to leave them. Aweful complaints service.

How can I remove meta AI from whatsapp? I did not request it and do not want it. It just uses resources. Whatsapp chats are useful, but it is difficult to remove defunct groups or communities. Why does this good product come with so much fixed debris?

Yuck! This app is widely used not only for personal use but professional and business uses as well. And it offers absolutely no security. Anyone can read your messages. Whatapp lies about the end to end encryption. Authorities have access to everything. This is a breach of personal privacy and security. Meta's AI too constant scans your content. Our data is never safe with meta. Whatapp serves the purpose of having group chats calling etc. But it seriously lacks security and now you account is always at the risk of getting hacked or deleted for no reason. Be ready to lose all your chats and photos in a snap.

Garbage, poor experience I am moving to telegram, it shows me the mesage is sent and that he received it (two ticks) but after 2 hours I open whatsapp again and no, mesage was never sent from me, 1 star very bad and its not my fault, its your fault please improve!!!

In 15 minutes I was forced to log in 3 times and yet I was not able to post a simple picture with a comment !!!

WhatsApp is ruining my business.
I use WhatsApp heavily to message clients and it's UK outage today has cost me deals, especially with it being end of the month.

It works perfectly. Fonctionne parfaitement.

I would have given it no stars if it was an option! This is useless, it logs out of your device all the time meaning you can’t use it unless you have your phone with you to scan the qr code again & re-link your other device. What’s the point??
