beware of their pricing scheme
I had my account auto-renewed and connected to my PayPal. The original price becomes double as soon as I reached the 1-year renewal. Well, they did not disclose that in the first place and suspended my account immediately when technically I paid half of it since the auto payment is not setup for the remaining as the price suddenly went up without prior notice.
I used their business hosting account, and it's super slow and not reliable, even my site have only little traffic.

No response to any e-mails or on their contact form on-site
I have a domain with Z.com and I can no longer access my account, the 'forgot password' feature does not seem to work and I am not getting any responses to e-mails or from their contact form on their site. Luckily the domain is not a very important one as all I wanted to do was change the nameservers, alas it is very unfortunate that any company feels the need to run their business with no support whatsoever.

Encountered so many issues
1. I created the FTP account and copy the password to save but when accessing to FTP client, login authentication failed. I keep on repeating the steps but no luck.
2. I installed Wordpress site, but when I install plugin. the plugin page not working. Either domain/wp-admin/plugin-install.php/ or 404 found - as support it shows that my IP was blocked by the something.
3. I reinstall the wordpress but still no luck and contacted the support but too slow.
Poor customer support
I recently used Z.com and had a terrible experience. Their customer support was incredibly slow, taking days to respond to my issues. On top of that, their after-sale support was very poor, and I didn't receive any help in resolving my issues. I would not recommend using Z.com to anyone.
Misleading
Misleading.
It was written on their website, plus confirmed by their CS that the discounted price will remain the same when renewing.
When I looked at my panel, I saw that my next payment was 6,600 PHP, way too high than the promised price. Now, their CS is telling me it was a mistake.
Also, when I was registering, I encountered problems with domain registration and had to contact the CS to have the domain registered for me. It took a week after paying to resolve.
Their domain registration service remained down up until now and it has been like that since I first signed up for a plan in December 2022.
I chose to host in this company because I believed Japanese professionalism. But this company is far from professional. Prices are misleading. Functions are not working. I don't trust my website to be hosted here.
I just purchased the Personal hosting…
I just purchased the Personal hosting in annual mode. It's cheap and has a free domain when you purchase annual. Unfortunately, the hosting is too slow. Why I can say?
Before Z.com I purchase hosting from other hosting provider and I can compare the speed. Most of my sites are in Wordpress, and need to install plugins and themes. In other provider, I can install 5 plugins in just couple of minutes but in Z.com (as of this writing) the status is still 1/5 even it's more than 10minutes.
Another issue is in the WP-Dashboard, it randomly shows error either page can't connect or something like that after I click, "Add New" to page or post, I get this random error.
Third issue, yes easy to contact but hopefully they have chat support. Sometimes, they replied to my tickets after hours or even a day.
That's the issue I'm facing so far and hopefully they can fix it.

Their service is great. They always reply in a timely manner every time I ask questions. A very affordable domain name and web hosting services. All the websites that me and the Filipino Mafia makes are always up. Haven't experienced a downtime on our websites since we transferred to Z.com

I had some issues on my website in transferring it to the new dashboard of Z.Com. At first, I was escalating these issues to a Support Agent, however, the instructions that the agent is giving is unclear and some of the questions are unanswered. Leading for issues being unsolved by almost 2-3 days.
But I have connected to a new support agent and she helped me solved my issues in just a couple of minutes. Very responsive, her details about the issue are complete and clear. Discussing also what should I do next. Very well done for this agent! Huge thanks to Veronica for helping us solved all of our issues. I'm giving Z.Com 5 stars because of her efforts!
Most of the support team is very helpful. I just hope all of them will be just like the support agents that help solved all of my issues. Or even if they cannot solve it right away, can give out clear instructions and details.
