Long-time customer, very disatisfied. Spent thousand to hget 0 results, all while having no transparency, no approval, and no report on things. Feels like theu did the bare minimum and split it into big talk, like a scam.

Its certainly the worst company when it comes to buying links. They had convinced me its white hat tactics but its really black hat tactics that will cost you your business. Whats worse they cant be questioned else customer care will act rudely.

I've been a long time customer of Web20 but recently they did something that's gonna make me avoid them completely. I placed an order for outreach articles and they delivered AI slop. When I questioned them it degenerated into an insult fest. All their good employees have left and now there are inexperienced egoistic people and I warn you to not put yourself at their mercies. The company owner one Mark Luckenbaugh is also every bit as arrogant. Avoid.
