Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment as a loyal customer regarding a recent purchase.

On March 21, I bought a lounge set from your store. At the time of purchase, I explicitly asked your colleagues whether this item would go on sale soon, and I was informed that it would not. However, just a few days later, the price dropped by €130.

I contacted your team in Gent to request a price adjustment, which is a common practice in many stores within a short period after purchase and sale period. Unfortunately, my request was refused.
I find this situation difficult to understand, especially since I have the option to return the product and repurchase the same set at the lower price. This would create unnecessary inconvenience for both myself and your store, including repackaging, returning, and arranging delivery again. A simple price adjustment would be a far more efficient and customer-friendly solution.

Given this, I would like to formally request either:

A price adjustment reflecting the current discounted price, or
Confirmation of the return procedure so I can proceed with returning the item.

I look forward to your response and hope we can resolve this matter in a reasonable and practical way.

My experience is great

My experience is great, furniture is good price and good quality. They have also very cheep transport where you can rent small truck and drive yourself home. Also you can celebrate your transaction with gratis drink in showroom. 100% recomended.
