Perfect service/delivery

Almost every time that I rent a van

Almost every time that I rent a van, the vehicle is with reserve fuel and I have to waste so much time to find someone to refill it, then pick up the order, then run like crazy to be back in 2 hours gap. Just fix it somehow.

HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. I purchased a sofa and was only offered a delivery date one week later — no options, no flexibility. When the delivery finally happened, the men brought in the large pieces and immediately tried to leave. I asked about assembly, and they told me it wasn’t included. Had I known that assembly was a separate service, I absolutely would have arranged and paid for it in advance.

When I explained this, one of the delivery men called the store to get someone who spoke English. The woman who got on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed. She told me to "send an email" because she "didn’t understand me" — but then I overheard her speaking about me to the delivery men, making rude remarks about Americans and non-French speakers. It was disrespectful and appalling. She told them, “Just leave,” and “You have other deliveries,” while I was standing there, helpless with unassembled furniture I couldn’t manage on my own.

I asked the delivery men to take the sofa back since I couldn’t put it together myself and they wouldn’t let me pay for the assembly on the spot. They refused, said it wasn’t their problem, and just told me to “go to the store.” I never signed any delivery confirmation or paperwork, and no one from the company followed up — until I got an email asking me to rate the service.

So here it is: the service was awful. The communication, the attitude, the lack of basic customer support — unacceptable. I’m left with a sofa I can’t use and a terrible impression of this company.
