Size and fabric

I orderd my first order in Juli 2024 and was really happy with the fabric and quality in the caps. Also the fit on my head felt really good. The oderd 2 caps lastet almost 2 years and now I orderd a second batch.
Unfortunately I had to note that the fabric (the mesh) on the backside has changed. Its softer and doesn't hold its form like it used to in the first caps. Also I feel like the caps changed in size? The caps in the first order i had clipped 4 holes in the band on the back of the head. With the new caps I have to clip to only two holes... My head didn't change size and I have the same haircut. So the caps definitely shrunk in size. Maybe to save material in the fabricing process.

Sadly I don't think I am going to purchase another cap from Webb Western.

Ordered two hats but only received one

Ordered two hats but only received one. Not a big deal I thought. Just contact them and they should figure it out.

They never responded. Tried contacting them by customer support Email and their socials. But nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
