Honestly the worst company

Honestly the worst company to host a domain with.
Support won't budge when you're on a deadline nor do they care about longtime customers that are spending thousands yearly on domains with them.
The switch over from whatever bs domain they had originally was so janky that I had to beg support to resolve a DNS issue.

Overall, terrible customer service, constant downtimes and they don't care about the customer.

Bad day. General Good service

Previously I have been very happy with webcental support.

Webcentral: Please add the following comments to your feedback/ improvement channels. When asked your agents did not give me any means to lodge these comments. Here you go.
Today I'm anxious, concerned, and surprised by an outage. There should be mechanisms to apprise your customers of any service problems.
Also the Chat is time consuming for all concerned - especially when previously having to re-iterate previously supplied details.

Patience and persistence

I inherited my website when I bought the business and had problems over several days with logins and usernames. It was confusing and frustrating. Webcentral support in general were responsive, patient and helpful. Liyana T. in particular tonight was persistent, patient and understood the problem was not simply a password issue. Every time I had an issue I got on the…

Every time I had an issue I got on the chat and people were there to help me straight away, and always calm and patient and talking me through the steps needed.
And if there was something they weren’t sure about they’d create a ticket and have people looking into my issue through the night until resolved. I am eternally grateful for their help and expertise.

I had a complex billing / ownership issue to resolve, although Simona Petrova could not fully resolve the issue, she was incredible helpfully and very easy to deal with, she has escalated the issue for me. I am not normally a fan of chat conversations she made the experience a good one.
