Honestly the worst company to host a domain with.
Support won't budge when you're on a deadline nor do they care about longtime customers that are spending thousands yearly on domains with them.
The switch over from whatever bs domain they had originally was so janky that I had to beg support to resolve a DNS issue.
Overall, terrible customer service, constant downtimes and they don't care about the customer.

Today I'm anxious, concerned, and surprised by an outage. There should be mechanisms to apprise your customers of any service problems.
Also the Chat is time consuming for all concerned - especially when previously having to re-iterate previously supplied details.

Every time I had an issue I got on the chat and people were there to help me straight away, and always calm and patient and talking me through the steps needed.

I had a complex billing / ownership issue to resolve, although Simona Petrova could not fully resolve the issue, she was incredible helpfully and very easy to deal with, she has escalated the issue for me. I am not normally a fan of chat conversations she made the experience a good one.
