I had high hopes when I first hired Web Design Digits for my website project, but the experience has been a complete waste of time and energy.

From the start, I consistently provided the required files and content, yet updates were either poorly implemented or ignored altogether. It felt like we were stuck in a never-ending cycle of the same unresolved issues, with no real progress being made.

Things reached a breaking point when I was asked to create the entire website design in Word—something I never anticipated from a professional web design service. Had I known this would be the case, I would have hired someone else right from the beginning.

After more than a month of constant back-and-forth with no results, I finally gave up and requested to cancel the project. The whole experience was frustrating and draining.

Dealing with Martin only made things worse. His communication was terrible, and his involvement added to the lack of progress. He was unhelpful, unresponsive, and completely failed to address the issues. None of the initial promises made by Josh were ever fulfilled, and Martin’s poor management only deepened my disappointment.

I’ve asked for a full refund, as this has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve encountered. If you're considering working with Web Design Digits, think carefully before wasting your time and energy like I did.

My experience with this company was fantastic. Their work is excellent. Jeremy kept me up to date sometimes calling me 3 times a day in addition to texting. Their prices are so reasonable as well but their customer service is unbelievable. They did two websites for me and everyone praises our websites. I came back a year after I lost my web address, (I failed to pay godaddy on time and someone bought my name) they advised me on what to do, I got a new address and they helped put the site back live and even made changes that I requested FREE OF CHARGE! I couldn’t believe it! Thank you Jeremy and your entire team. I highly recommend them
