Terrible website development and horrible marketing strategy. I spent $14,000 and received close to NOTHING back. Web design user interface was clunky and isn’t streamlined well enough. I don’t recommend this company in any regard. Save your money and go elsewhere.

To clarify for context, your website was fully developed twice to match your business's evolving needs including a complete business name change and product updates all of which were reviewed and approved by you at each stage. Any concerns raised post-handover were welcomed for resolution, and we had offered multiple times to fix any issues you identified even those allegedly reported by third-party developers, whose motives we have reason to question.
Our team also executed the marketing campaign strictly according to the agreed plan. All marketing reports and performance data were transparently shared with you throughout. As discussed, no marketing agency, including ours, guarantees sales, and such commitments should be viewed with caution.
We’ve consistently extended offers to speak over a phone call including involving our marketing lead & project management lead to ensure clarity and support. Unfortunately, we never received constructive direction on what you wanted improved. We’re still here and willing to assist if your intention is resolution rather than blame.
We strongly stand behind the work we delivered and are always open to good-faith collaboration. If you'd like to move forward constructively, feel free to reach out.

WDG prepared a visually pleasing website. I did not have pictures/media sources to provide to them so they used all "stock" images and it looked pretty good. The wording was a little bit odd in some places and some of the page links didn't direct you to the pages they were supposed to. All easily fixed. They did offer several "buy up" options where I could pay a fee to have certain things done but, for my needs, just used them for the overall design.
