this has been the WORST experience I've ever had with a website developer company. I signed my contact on June 15th 2024 and in my contract it states that my website should be completed within 2-4 weeks. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS AND MY WEBSITE IS STILL NOT COMPLETED!! I have been back and forth and back and forth with this company with tons of mistakes to my website and also lies about continuous deadlines that are never fulfilled at the time promised. Also, they add on tons of hidden fees that are NOT include in the original price that's given in the beginning. I will have to spend more money and get someone to go over all of their mistakes if I ever get the website going. I fell like I've waisted my money and time dealing with this company. I will NOT be using Web Design Glory ever again for my future websites!!!

Beware of terms and conditions
Beware of terms and conditions, make sure your contract states 100% money back guaranteed. Th SOW I agreed to, did state money back guaranteed (was missing the 100%) and had email confirmation from one of their employees that if they could not deliver, I will get refunded. I did not like their work and when I requested refund, they wanted to keep most of it. I said NO! Do not pay with Zelle, if you try to dispute, it won't be possible, pay with CC or DC. They will keep most of the deposit, in my case, they suggested to give me back ONLY 35% if I change my review and I said NO! Beware! Waste of time!
Update 10.10.24:
WDG refuses to take accountability for their actions. They continue to claim a design on my site was complete when in fact, all the work was being done on a mock site. Part of process is to get feedback from the client in order for the designer to get an idea of what the client wants. So yes, they copied paste to a mock site what I suggested, however they failed to visualize my idea and despite the many calls and suggestions I made I was not impressed. I was not happy. Their representative assured me in WRITTING that I will be refunded funds if they do not deliver. my SOW also stated money back guaranteed. NONE of the work was made on my site like they claimed. it was only AFTER I decided to decline what they created, (which was very simple and could be done by 5th grader) they decided to tell me I will not get a refund like I promised. 35% was offered ONLY if I changed my review, which I also have in writing. WDG SOW is vague, very misleading, claiming I simply misunderstood. That is breach of contract, nowhere did it state partial refund on SOW I agreed to. Very shameful very misleading. I will keep my comment as is.

This company is overpriced for the…
This company is overpriced for the services that they offer. They did hosting for my website for $1200 per year!!! They also built my website and I paid for it. However they sent my files with an expiration link which wasn't stated in the email. When I asked to send again they won't give me my files, so that I can go get hosting for $180 per year. They charge for everything they actually make up fees and upcharges. Once you get in bed with them you're doomed. My website looks good I will admit but they wont give it to me. I bunch of scammers acting like their a company over charging a person for the value of the services is the worst kind $1200 for hosting.

Far beyond expectations!
Brian Miller has been project manager on two very different sites I am launching. He is my exclusive contact with WDG.
Although my business is words, I find it difficult to come up with an adequate expression of my appreciation of Brian's work. He operates at a level far beyond what most of us are accustomed to in our dealings with service providers. He's a consummate professional with a complete mastery of his field. But that's only the beginning of his strengths. He is unfailingly conscientious, level-headed, humble and patient. But above all (here we get to the nub), his courtesy and respect for the client are in a league of their own.
I can hardly believe my good fortune in having, first, discovered WDG, and then been assigned a collaborator of such extraordinary sensitivity and skill.

I am totally unhappy as my site was not completed in getting info on mobile working. It was a painful experience. I felt like I was forced to sign off on work in order to get my website live.
I have had to spend hours with the host provider and the web designer to try to get things to work.

HORRIBLE experience with extremely…
HORRIBLE experience with extremely unprofessional people. BEWARE! Avoid this business at all cost. They will lure you in with somehow competitive prices and then try to make up features that are supposedly not included for the website in order to try to take your money. Very informal and inexperienced project managers will try to handle your project and make you waste time and money. You’ll basically have to do the project management yourself. They do not respect any agreed scope of work and will try to bend it to increase budget. This is how the whole thing works: 1) a sales guy will call you and call you and call you and offer the moon and the stars for a “professional website” based on your requirements. He will give you a presumably competitive price. 2) after you purchase the package then they assigned you a inexperienced project manager and make you fill out a long questionnaire with all the details of the website (pages, features, etc) and the full scope which everyone signs off on and you assume this is what you will receive 3) they will send you some premade mockups for you to choose from 4) from here they start to delay and make up things to increase the project budget. 5) if you are lucky you’ll end up with a half made website with 50% of the scope you had signed off for. There are much better options out there.
