I had a great experience with the team at Web design Harbour today. For more than two weeks Ian has been patient with me with all the changes I made on the site. Great to work with. He had all the knowledge to implement what I wanted. Thank you team Webdesign harbour job well done!

Jason Parker is the man who has been with me from the beginning of my ecommerce adventure! What a great ride! Jason has had to work with me (someone who doesn't understand all things computers)! He was so patient and has directed me to where the company is now, 2 months+ into our launch! I look forward to what the future looks like for our beautiful store!

They were very good at communicating and readjusting any requests I had. Follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied with the product. Jeremy and Ryan were awesome team and very easy to work with. They responded in a timely manner and paid attention to detail.

It was a great choice at the start. Still, as I made consistent requests to build my medical aesthetics website, I realized I was dealing with individuals who needed more understanding and a spell check before adding information.
I found Jason Parker quite aggressive and raised his voice during the conversation. He is an aggressive seller and wanted me to purchase Stripe, where my website design still needed to be entirely done. One thing he was pretending to be someone else on the phone just blew my mind. I question his ethics and the company. I had a telephone appointment, and had no decency to inform me. We all have emergency days, but his communication could be better. If you say A, they hear B. They have a questionable team.
As for Joey, he is trained to repeat things over and over. He tried to give me a discount, then kept changing to regular payment on my credit card. I don't believe in a discount but a delivery of good work, which did not happen here.
I was asked to purchase a domain and hosting and needed to be given the right. I had to ask for a contract/agreement because I was told I didn't ask. I am in Canada and requested a Canadian domain; instead, I got a .com. Please check labelleaestheticsboutique and see for yourself. I spoke with a few marketing companies, and I was told I should have gotten a.CA domain. They can keep it until it dies.
As for SEO and SMM, I am told they are crucial, and I purchased them for the six-month package, but how low they stoop is scary. How did my account reach 433 likes and 1.3k followers overnight on Facebook when it was a new account. I completed a Geometric analysis, and it was graded E. It is very unfortunate, and I have continuously asked them to close my account, but they continue to post on Facebook; my business name and reputation are at stake. I have taken over the Instagram.
My Facebook account is rated E, just like an F grade in school. How clear can your company stoop to? If you can buy followers, you can also buy people to provide a review. I asked for my refund to walk away, but you obliged me to take this move. I have the proof of what is being said. I was misled and lost money, but do you think you did the right thing? How do you want me to talk to you without trust?

The service I received from the Web Design Harbor team including Jeremy and Ryan was exemplary. They were patient and wanted to provide good service. I am satisfied with the professional manner which distinguishes them above all their patience and the search for customer satisfaction.

Web Harbor Design is a very professional attentive and sharp organization it is a pleasure working with them. They have innovative and inspired ideas and beautiful designs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a superior web design company!

I found Web Design Harbour on Google. At first I was skeptical. I spoke with Josh, we discussed my expectations for my website and he quickly got together a packet with their offerings and what I should expect at delivery of my website. He was very friendly and professional.

I was later handed over to Addy and Eon/ Ian (not sure spelling). Eon was exceptional! He was friendly, patient and professional. He followed through and kept me updated on the process so I didn’t feel anxious.

Overall the service was good. I would use their services again.

Todd and his team made the design and activation of my website seamless. Any problems were swiftly resolved.

The great folks at Web Design Harbour were able to take a concept for a website that was just an idea, and turned it into a reality. They understood what I wanted to build and were able to make it a reality. Further, as my site require daily updates, I was concerned with the process of how to update the site. But they assured me it wouldn't be a problem ... and it wasn't. I can easily update the content on my side each day in a minimal amount of time. Not many website can claim this. Finally, there have been very few services issues, but when there are the response is very fast and professional.
