Ray and Alex were extremely helpful fixing everything on my new website with Saintly patience. Also the pricing for the website was very leinant according to when my finances came in. The service quality was unheard of. Please everyone try webdesignorchid.com for yourselves!

Justin Lee is highly attentive, patient and responsive. Justin makes sure to always follow up and listen to your needs. He does his best to incorporate client wishes and desires and if he gets it incorrect he is sure to return as many times as it takes to get it right.

In all honesty doing business with this company led to some financial roadblocks but overall we solved them, and it was all worth it at the end. Justin was very helpful. Thank you web design orchid.

From the first email contact with Jason to the phone calls with Ray and all the emails with the Support team, these people were all amazing!!
I was very picky and they all stepped up and took care of all my wants and sometimes last minute changes.
Always prompt and polite.
Thank you all so much.

Justin and Ray were my two points of contact in this website design process. They both worked hard to provide all the things I wanted and even updated things that I didn’t consider.

The design of the site came out terrific. I even entered into a hosting deal with them that was better then the one I was about to enter into with another company.

Thanks for your work guys.

As soon as I suggested a customized website from my layout and design they created and developed the sight with precision and attention to each and every detail I provided. There experienced team and customer relations were outstanding. Responsive follow and intuitive support through out the complete process. Proactive and worked with me seamlessly like my own in house web design team. Absolutely a pleasure to work with, professional and responsive. Always a follow up email with timing and detailed feedback during the process. Exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend the teams at Web Design Orchid. I say their name again because they are with remembering when you need a custom web design team.

Excellent, overall very pleased with their friendliness with us. They did everything we asked in a timely matter. I will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks for such a great work.

Their response time is great.

very well comunication at all the time.

Do not use this company!!! It's a complete bait and switch selling you a redone website for $600 or so then locking you into 3k if you want it up. Such a disaster and took longer than they said, screwed up who they were talking to, I had to change servers, etc. Then to get the work done, they made me take down a bad review. Glad I am no longer with them. Dishonest business practices, use anyone else you can. They prey on small business people

Justin and his team worked to diligently to get my website just right. In fact, they made my website better than I expected. Professional, Patient, and Attentive just scratch the surface of what these guys are about. Always there when u need them. Thanks a Million from Kriss Kross Entertainment.

Can’t thank them enough, really glad I looked into this company because if I didn’t I don’t think I’d have a website this great! A successful website! Web design Orchid has been an eventful experience. Ray and Justin were reachable and prompt to answer calls and emails. Ray provided excellent business and design advice that was priceless and helpful. During the process I wish that the company was more upfront with the total cost of the website, however I am satisfied with the website I received! Would recommend!
