Their system is complicated, their blog layout sucks, and they circle jerk 6 steps to get something to post is ridiculous. They ONLY have an integration to Stripe, so forget any industries that Strip... See more

WEBFLOW HOSTING SUCKS
The performance of this platform is AWFUL. The hosting SUCKS and can't handle small number of concurrent users. Customer service is a waste of your time.
Save yourselves the hassle and stay well away
I spend hours setting up a theme
I spend hours setting up a theme. The theme had a CMS support that I didn't need and I tried to remove it. This is not possible. They strategically added this option because it is increasing your monthly plan by double. There is no way to remove it, once its added. The support doesn't exist either. They closed all avenues to force you to pay extra. Do not waste your time!

Ignored my requests to cancel then took payment anyway...

Not Soc-2 Compliant
Soc-2 requirements state we need certain headers on our website but webflow is actually blocking us from being able to add the required headers. Their rationale is that we have to upgrade to "enterprise lite" for $15k annually in order to add the standard headers (we pay less than $300 annually right now). For context, we added these headers to our product websites within minutes and achieved A+ ratings. Webflow is actually blocking us from being soc-2 compliant unless we shell out $15k additional every year for the ability to add "custom" headers -- what they call "custom" are industry standard headers that any soc-2 compliant website needs to have in place. Our website is a 9 page static website with just text. I would not say Webflow is secure or soc-2 compliant given this experience, I would call them "soc-2 optional" - and only an option if you pay 49x the regular price for a basic website.
Immediate refund no questions asked.
I rarely write reviews but wanted to comment on my refund experience. I noticed I had forgotten to cancel my account and was charged today. I requested a refund and it was approved immediately and the money was sent a minute later. Good experience.
customer support terrible..
customer support terrible... none existent. site crashes constantly, thinking of switching to framer

Four stars because they don't have a good support, otherwise it would be a five stars service.
It's not meant for newbies, it's a pretty good platform and it's way better than having your own WordPress IMO.
Interface is 0
I worked as a Software Engineer for 5 years, used ton of softwares (video, design, music) and never faced such a lame interface. I don't get the hype.
Disappointing Execution of What Used to be Good
I initially used webflow for one or two page websites: services or MVP landing pages/etc. I recently started using its membership and particularly its subscription services ecommerce platform. What was relatively easy to learn and build with in the design space is convoluted, inflexible, and painful to make work the way even their own purchasing process works.
Disappointing Experience with Webflow - Heading Back to WordPress
I made the switch from WordPress to Webflow because their website templates look a lot better.
Big mistake. I'm already heading back to WordPress.
Let's start with their customer service - it's practically non-existent. You send them an email and then wait weeks for a reply, if you get one at all.
What's worse, I paid for a whole year upfront. Then I decided I wouldn't continue to use the service so downgraded my plan so I would not be charged next year. Unlike other SaaS companies that give you the remainder of the period to keep using your current plan, Webflow instantly bumps you down.
Fine, i'm not going to use it but its a terrible retention tactic designed to keep users on the platform.
And every little extra thing you might want? That's going to cost you. For anyone with a website that's even slightly popular or has a fair bit of content, the costs will skyrocket to thousands each year.
Worst scammers..
Worst scammers..
I paif for afreelancer account.. no export button. then sudenly I needed to pay for a CMS account.. no export button. then sudenly teh site is on a "starter plan" so I gues you need to pay for a site too ?
worst scammers..
you cant see yout plans - no way to cancel "my freelancer plan"
contact support give unknown error. email suport gives "not used anymore"..
horrible user exprience. horrible company..
worst scammers ever.
I used to recommend them to everyone, now i am leaving!
Paid for the whole year up front. We have for years (since 2016), recommended many people (20+) to the platform, i will not be doing it anymore.
Recently there has been numerous problems with google search (SEO) with numerous pages not indexed/searchable although they had been previously (500-1000 visits per week to 0).
Have 6 months left on the year and asked for a refund as they cannot solve the problem, to add insult to injury they REFUSED. Reluctantly I am moving to wordpress (i have lost six months worth of money - not because they are good) which solves all the problems webflow has.
If you are new to web design - check out framer - MUCH easier to use and friendlier on the pocket. If you are wanting more than a landing page, Wordpress still out performs webflow.
On top of that, the editor/their website has been down at leat twice so far this month.
A Designer's Dream Come True
Since my journey in web design began in 1996, I've navigated through various tools and techniques to bring my creative visions to life. However, none have resonated with me quite like Webflow. As a designer with an extensive background in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I find Webflow not just a tool, but an extension of my creative process.
The platform's minimal maintenance needs and constant updates are a breath of fresh air in the fast-paced digital world. The support desk is proactive and their helpful approach has been invaluable, providing assistance that goes beyond mere troubleshooting.
The intuitive interface of Webflow allows for seamless design-to-code transitions, making it an ideal tool for designers who like to have full control over their projects. The platform's robust features cater to both my aesthetic sensibilities and technical know-how, striking a perfect balance.
With its user-friendly approach and continual evolution, I foresee Webflow becoming and remaining a major player in web development and publishing.

Shocking customer service and forget about the enterprise team. They have no interest in helping you
Good tool for my website

Really unnecessary hard to use platform. I guess it MIGHT be okay for designers? But for anyone else in the team its horrible. Adding additional options for marketing to use is also horrible
I wish I could give a 0 star
I wish I could give a 0 star, I've been designing websites for 36 years but cannot get my head around webflow admin panel or even find my account half the time, their navigation and design elements are hideously unintuative and slow to respond.
I bought a template and used it for a few weeks, now it keeps asking me to buy a template, I really despise their design environment and their packages are quite confusing. A Support question took a few days to be answered. I read the DIVI reviews here and the contrast could not be greater (take note webflow), I'm shifting to elegant themes, sod the template lost investment, support is paramount and after reading the reviews for webflow here, I am amazed they are still in business.
Zero customer service!
Waiting since ten days (10!) for a customer support answer. I've never encountered anything near that, and I've contacted airlines, post office, DMV, etc. I'm contacting them about an error on THEIR side, which holds me back. Unbelievable!

Not a bad tool but I really think they need to improve the usability of their app. Figma is so easy to use, but Webflow is so difficult. Why? They should really try to make their app more user friendly. Though, I think it's pretty powerful still. Hence, 3 stars...
