A webflow technical issue has destroyed my business !!!

I was using webflow e-commerce to run my online store, everything was working perfectly. A few days ago, I logged out of my account so someone else could connect his account on my computer. When I signed back in, my workspace was deleted, my 2 sites were deleted, It is impossible for me to access to my customers data to fulfill the orders ! Because I can not stay out of business for a long time, I tried to create a new webflow account to create my store again. And when I try to connect my stripe account, there is an error saying that my stripe account is already connected to a webflow site. So I can not even create a new account to start my store again. The worst part in this situation is that I have contacted the support team at least 5 times, and no one is answering me, their support team is inexistant. If someone from the webflow team is reading this, its time to help me !!!!! Thank you in advance !

Quite smooth and lots of education

I don't have the bugs people complain about here, I'm creating my business website, and it's quite smooth so far. I also like the education they have, especially for someone without a coding background, it helps me.

Bugs, bugs, bugs, bugs... a real mess

I've no choice but to work with them at the moment as I'm learning web design, but the amount of bugs and glitches I've found in their software have been terrible enough to make me go crazy. I've found important work deleted at times by their software!

Nothing more than 2 stars. Find an alternative if you can. Either the world's not ready for webflow yet - or more likely, webflow's not ready for this world.

Don't get me started on their ridiculous prices!! I could get a wordpress site for a third of their rates with more customizable security options.

Buggy software. Useless support.

Avoid this platform at all costs.

I have submitted so many bug reports to Webflow over the last few months. The Webflow Designer is so slow, unreliable, clunky and infested with bugs. It is the most outrageous piece of junk I have ever used.

This company has lost its way and they are on a one-way road towards bankruptcy.

And then there's the price hike, which they've tried to justify using any means necessary. I mean, they want to increase subscription fees at a time when their platform is, in my view, not fit for purpose.

Webflow is the biggest piece of junk anyone can consider using for building websites, and their customer support is slow and useless.

If you are thinking of using Webflow, don’t.

If you have just started using Webflow, stop now and find an alternative.

If you are thinking of leaving Webflow, find a way to do so before you regret it.

Absolutely terrible support. Non-existent.

I wouldn't recommend using Webflow. I've had a bug that I've tried to get help solving for literally 6 months.

At this point I'm wondering if the hours I've spent trying to solve it would've been better spent migrating away from Webflow.

I'm not asking for anything more than help here.
Besides the absolutely awful support... I mean literally the worst support I've had on any website CMS/Builder platform, Webflow has some great functionality.

I wouldn't recommend using Webflow. Many functions like embeds that would be free to use on other CMS/builder platforms appear to be paid on Webflow. Slowly more and more functionality is becoming more and more premium on Webflow. Just to be clear I'm using a paid version of Webflow, but perhaps basic support is now paid for?

Horrific experience

Horrific experience.

If you're accustomed to CSS, then their designer tool will work against you constantly. It doesn't save you time, it makes you ask yourself constantly why didn't I just build this project using something else. Insane pricing structure for what's on offer, any queries or customer support issues, expect to be waiting several days while you have to manage your own customer expectations in that time. Will take your money for an entire month you've paid for hosting, and will immediately cancel when requested, not running to the end of the month like you've paid for.

I hate webflow with a passion, the only reason I'm still using them is out of necessity having current clients on their site.

If you have any alternative solutions, I implore you to ahead and use those or try find any others before you spend time learning their tools, do not waste your time on this site.

Beginners and Professional Front End Peeps - STAY AWAY!

Paid for a premium membership, but all of my sites and my account said "starter"; nothing premium about it. I purchased a template but about 1/4 of the elements actually worked on it once purchased. I emailed asking to cancel and remove the template for a refund since the "service they provided" wasn't -actually- provided. For $89, the template should not have "missing" elements and for $229, after 5 days, any account should be updated to show it isn't a "starter" account.

Much to no one's surprise, customer service wasn't able to help even in the slightest.

Take your money to Wix for half of the price a 1/100th of the hassle of working with Webflow.

I have started to genuinely hate…

I have started to genuinely hate Webflow now and regret placing so many sites on it. I always have to create sites and delete sites. Webflow is the ONLY platform that will take the money for the whole month and if you cancel two days in, it will stop your access immediately even though you have already paid for that month. It won't give you access not will it refund you. I have found no other website builder that does this. It is done on purpose. Because you know they will stop access you wait until the last few days to cancel, and what ultimate happens is that you forget and they get another months money from you. They pretend to be in support of the website designers etc, but they are more greedy that much bigger companies I have come across. I have moved most of sites away, and few sites that remain with webflow, I can't move easily, and I genuinely now regret building my sites on webflow.

As a $1 billion company it's a same how…

As a $1 billion company it's a same how much incompetence runs through this company.

They have no mature eCommerce solution and their fees are exuberant and rising by the day.

To make things worse, their billing and subscription is purposely engineered to be confusing. It makes absolutely no sense and everyone in their FB group complains about it.

Webflow has a great tool but they are puppets to their share holders who clearly want to squeeze every cent out of every person.

Great website builder.

Great website builder.

I have been learning and using Webflow for the last two years and really can't fault it in any way.

My site loads quickly, the tutorials are great and I've experienced no issues at all.

I can't tell you about their support service as I've never needed to contact them.

Overall really pleased.
