Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!!
OK WOW! so where do I start?! The office environment is HORRIFIC! I was on the project for the HP live expert and I can put one hand on the bible when I say it was the WORST, Company I have ever worked for!! Staff Morale is so bad, the moment you walk into the building its like you have walked into this toxic smog and its completely engulfed you and its sucking all your happiness out of your soul like a Hogwarts dementor!
The ambiance you could cut with a blunt knife, everyone is gossiping about each other and making up ridiculous rumour's about each other and then smiling in your face like nothing has happened.
The management!!!! don't get me started! They couldn't manage to find their own a*ses with two hands and a map! 'Management' More like a bunch of high school bully victims who have found their way to power and are now on a constant power trip belittling anyone who questions them!
If you get sick ITS A PROBLEM FOR YOU AND THEM! - They don't give a flying **** about their staff, if you are sick then YOU need to sort it out and they give you lots of stress about it! Oh! and they deduct it from your pay if you are off for week or more, and if you don't have a medical card they pressure you to get the justificante within 72 or else they give you a warning!
Working during the pandemic also proved to be interesting they Covered UP, every staff case of Covid-19 there were people in the same office who contracted Covid who we worked close with and they didn't tell us they decided money was more valuable when it came to staff wellbeing!!!
Bonuses - during the interview they tell you that you will be making X amount and that you will be receiving all these amazing bonuses and 'incentives' THIS WAS ALL LIES!!! To get the bonus you have to reach a certain target but due to the pandemic and with everything being out of stock it was impossible to sell and hit the bonus which often lead to the management asking us why the conversation rate was down? and why we weren't selling? uhmm try having it in stock and then it WOULD sell! They would make bonuses impossible to reach and use any excuses to explain why you have been underpaid!
- Staff concerns were often brushed under the carpet and it was impossible to speak to management they were often ' too busy' which meant they couldn't be bothered to listen, but when they had something to say it was vital for us to listen?! Certain staff members were often targeted and suspended for speaking up!
Concluding this information, If you are ever offered a job there REJECT IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!
Trust the reviews. I didn't.
Joined as part of the NHS Vaccination Campaign, all of which lasted a month, and then we were told that the campaign was ending, they offered me the customer care role and expected an answer that day as to whether or not I accept. I did, and then the nightmare began. Received a dirty, eye sore of a machine with missing accessories, e.g, mouse. Hours were upped to 20p/w from 16p/w, but does webhelp pay you based on the hours you work? No, rarely. Training began and we spent at least half of those 4 weeks playing twenty questions and being taught what a phone contract is. They accepted my resignation almost a month after I quit. They are in no rush whatsoever to collect their equipment and would rather keep your well earned money. Trust me, if anyone reading has gone through something similar, you earned that money. So much. Almost 2 months on and I've still not been paid.
I worked on the NHS campaign from…l
I worked on the NHS campaign from January-March. I got the job through an agency. I did look at the reviews before starting & wasn’t impressed by the rating. But as me I always give things the benefit of the doubt. The contract was meant to be 6 months but ended in 2 & a half months. The call volumes were low I think that was the reason they let hundreds of us go. I was very sad about that. I applied for more jobs before the role ended with the NHS campaign. I joined the IKEA campaign and the computer they sent me had issues. I couldn’t connect to their VPN and spoke to multiple staff. One guy I’ll call him Jason I was nothing but respectful to him. I was so happy to be offered a full-time job after 3 years. I was mainly doing temp jobs at the time. Then the second day of log in as he couldn’t figure out what was wrong he said he would talk to his manager. He said he was not sure if I could join that training group. There was another IT lady who was a manager after I spoke to IT as they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the PC. When I tried to explain to her what the IT guy said the IT lady manager shouted at me on the phone saying “can you stop talking!.” I was completely taken a back. Jason who was helping with the log in day for the VPN was not in the next day. He didn’t tell me he was having a day off as the trainer a woman who was meant to be my original trainer told me. As when I emailed Jason and copied her in I got no response. Then and there I should have left the company. Then I spoke to another guy I’ll call him Dave he decided it wasn’t my internet connection that was the issue it was the computer they sent me. As he made me do an internet speed test. It took over 3 weeks for them to send me out a replacement. I was out of work for 3 weeks waiting. I didn’t even think I had a job at this point. I emailed my concerns and got no reply from any staff. They sent me out another PC and everything was going fine with the PC or so I thought. I joined a training group. The first week went well I joined a woman’s training group let’s call her Sarah there was also another man who was training us with her. I had no issues with the training & wrote lots of notes. I enjoyed every task that was set & got on with everyone.
The second week of training on the second day which was a Tuesday. My PC started playing up. The IT people couldn’t resolve the issue. Then Sarah was asking me questions texting me asking me what area do I live in & did I remove all the plugs as instructed. The IT staff I found was very disrespectful to me and unhelpful. I can see why on the NHS campaign our managers wouldn’t let us deal with them. Because of the PC issue I had with my second PC I was then put into another training group. This is when the trouble started. When I got put into this group for training on MS Teams as the role was working from home. The group was very quiet compared to the other group. Then the guy Jason at the start who was meant to help me with my log in day for the VPN who disappeared was going to be my new trainer. I did mention to Sarah my first trainer that I was worried if I had PC issues he would disappear. As time went on it seemed Jason was okay with me. On my first week when I was put into a task I had been put in a small group to do some phone scenarios. There was a guy who made a WhatsApp group at the time in my group. He and another woman was talking about a woman in our training group they thought was incompetent. Then one day I was put in a group on a task a lady who was always talking in the training group. She was very funny towards me when I was reading out instructions of what to do on a system. She said I was reading too fast she had a horrible tone. I felt very intimidated. So I asked another lady if she could read instead. I wasn’t sure what to do in the situation. The lady I worked with on a small group task before I thought we was getting on. I initially messaged her to help her & share my screen & mentioned the lady that was being aggressive with me in a group task. Then this same lady went behind my back and made a complaint about me & told the aggressive lady. That very day before I found that out I spoke to another woman about the aggressive lady in the task. She told me I should have told the Team Leader. I told her I was thinking to but didn’t want to get her into trouble. But you will never believe it. This went against me. I got a call on my training shift from a Team Leader & there was a type writer writing everything I was saying down. They told me 5 people including Jason my trainer the IT manager at the start and 3 other other people in my training group accused me of bullying them. I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t believe how all of them lied on me. The aggressive lady also had the nerve to make a complaint. They all ganged up on me all 5. In the hearing I was interrogated & made to feel like a criminal. I decided to quit in the end as I wanted to commit suicide. DO NOT work for Web Help.
Scandinavian company
Have used Webhelp Malaga: We had to stop using Webhelp quickly bc of how bad the company is and how abuse staff are, Sari, Ieva, etc. Claims to offer competative salaries, which they do not. Why anyone uses Webhelp Malaga, we don't know.
Do not work for them - Mango/Barcelona
Worked for their office in Barcelona, for Mango. They truly treat the staff like pieces of trash, they really do not care. Everyone gossips about things that you do wrong, but nobody has the balls to say the issues to your face. You get a warning in your file for wearing large headphones, when this is not mentioned anywhere beforehand. The training consists of 2 weeks of presentations on how to use software that you cannot access, you learn more in one day on the job than the 'amazing' training. The boss simply doesn't have a desire to like his job - so why are you there?
Good experience working abroad
Good experience working abroad, but little salary and no benefits from the company
Very bad company to work for
Very bad company to work for. No help for mental health. Team leaders and managers ignore my messages after training period. Just another number which I guess makes sense. It is a call centre at the end of the day but he made me suicidal no jokes.
Clowns'r'us
Call centre staff who are working on the Sainsburys Bank Insurance campaign are nothing short of useless!
Clearly the circus has rolled into town and the clowns are out in force!
Typical outsource call centre making a mockery of a legitimate company!
Maybe do not lie to customer and get someone from your CEO team to contact me asap!!
Disgusting!
A friend of mine is working at your Manvers site. He has a broken collar bone and has worked there for well over 10 years, yet you do not pay him any kind of sick leave. It’s disgusting. He now has to either take statutory Sick pay for 3 weeks (which isn’t enough to live on) or come to work with the bone not healed! Meaning after it’s not healed he will need to have an operation to put a plate in and then potentially have to take up to 12 weeks off!! I’m disgusted. His initials are KJ. I know from experience you have paid staff full pay for sickness!! Sort your policies out!!!
Low level company
very good experience
very good experience - excellent company. 5 stars from me - you´re welcome.
Brilliant company
The recruitment team is fantastic.
They work hard so you can start straight away.
horrible experience
i worked for this company for well over 9 month, they are horrible to staff, and you are treat like utter garbage.
Terrible company
HR in this company is the most cold, uncaring, legalistic, procedural, unsympathetic people. My Father lost his battle to Cancer whilst employed with these scumbags and they were so cold, prompting me to resign. They do things in their own leisurely time. They make up stupid rules as to why they cannot do simple tasks such as provide accounting documents, citing "by law we have 8 days" and they take the full 8 days too. When I left the company the incompetent thugs did not have my exit docs ready and made me wait until the middle of the following month before they sent it to me and made up some BS about the law saying it had to be sent via registered mail. This is false. As I was out of the Country I had been unable to collect the mail from the Post office as it had to be signed for. I asked a simple question if they would send it to my address directly. They behaved like I was asking them for a kidney. It was absolutely impossible because of their convoluted interpretation of the law. Then when I complained, I had a response from management saying I was a moron and not to respond!! When I started with these people I founded a charity helping needy children. Because of this we donated enough presents and school supplies for over 50 Children. Webhelp Prague did not have any history of charity. It is no wonder. Incompetence stems from the top! Upper management never greet you when walking past. Avoid this company like the plague. Utter Scumbags.
