Beanie arrived yesterday ( I ordered it at the time of the shirt and it showed up a week late) and the patch was completely crooked. Again, no response via email. Their phone number is unavailable and their website is also down. This is a total scam company and operates as such. Avoid doing any business with these unscrupulous individuals.

The hats on the website are not the same hats they send. I was sent a super cheap, small hat. The patch was put on crooked also.

I should have known at the beginning when I ordered the hat and did not recieve confirmation email. I only had an email from PayPal that it was purchased. After a week, I sent an email with a screen shot of my PayPal receipt and only then did they respond with tracking information. It took over 2 weeks to get here.

The product was a super cheap hat and they sent a differerent hat then what was pictured on the website. The patch was also crooked and attached at an angle.

I've reached out several times asking for a refund/return and they will not answer my request. I've had to report them and open a case with PayPal to get a refund.

Beware, don't purchase from this company.

I was targeted by ads on Instagram, and I LOVED the concepts of “throwback” merchandise. I ordered a Taco Bell trucker hat. My order was confirmed, they took my money, but they never shipped my hat despite me reaching out 3 times. No response. I had to turn in a fraud refund complaint to my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

There was a misunderstanding with my original order and I received the wrong jersey. HOWEVER, they made it right IMMEDIATELY! Thank you, WeBig!

I agree with the three honest reviews here. Hats are super cheap and stitched poorly. $35 for their trash hats is a joke. I should’ve bought another Loser Machine Co. hat. Add to this their costumer “support” are super rude …I guess I should expect given what their apparel says. Never again will I buy their junk and I’m gonna rag on every fb ad I see.

I bought two trucker hats and they’re made so poorly made that they don’t even hold their shape when you wear them. They bend in weird places and it seems like the hat is collapsing on itself. They do not hold their form. I emailed them twice about returning the hats and they won’t respond. Order #48532

This is in response to Chris Leventis review. Did you even bother to read what you were buying? These are foam trucker hats clearly stated on our website. If you don't know what trucker hats are... Then our hats are not for you.

I feel sorry for anyone who orders these hats, the overall quality is complete garbage. I ordered some hats and was excited to open them up, when I got home from work I saw my dog got to the package and chewed most of them up, upon further review Im not even mad at the dog lol, they were a waste of money anyway. These hats aren’t even worthy of being chew toys. They’re so cheaply made with like some sort of foam material that any average working man would destroy in a matter of a week and they fit horribly awkward. For 32 dollars a hat I got screwed hard, these hats look and feel like they cost no more than 2 dollars to make so I guess you don’t always get what you pay for. Take my 2 cents and don’t waste your money and time on this sweatshop crap. This might be a good hat for A California beach girl who wants to keep the hair out of her face in a vintage style hat. 1 star for the cool designs of patches.

This is Webig Moto Co. in response to David Freche's review. We shipped David's hat out to Paris, France via USPS International (tracking #LB434624068US) which is the shipping service David chose at the time of check out. USPS attempted to deliver the hat to addressee on June 13th 2023 but was unable to deliver but would try to deliver the next working day. USPS notified David that his package was being held at the postal office and that he needed to bring his tracking number to retrieve the package. Webig also advised him to bring his tracking number to the postal office to retrieve the package. David refused to pick up his package at the post office after we advised him to do so multiple times. USPS held the package there for two weeks waiting for David to pick it up. The package was then returned to our warehouse on July 11th 2023. Once we received the package we refunded him for the hat purchase on July 17th 2023 which David was notified about.

Worst delivery service.
My shipment never arrived and the customer service is careless. This site is a scam.
