Misleading Service and Unresponsive Support

The support team is unresponsive, and the information presented on the website about hosting plans is misleading. The features advertised on the frontend differ significantly from what is actually provided after purchase. Upon accessing the cPanel, I found completely different server details. When I raised this concern with support, they dismissed it without proper assistance. This experience raises serious concerns about the credibility of the service
