Without doubt the best ISP – the friendly team have deep knowledge and unlimited patience. They have been solving my IT problems for more than 20 years and I would never use another company. On this occasion they saved me from a complete IT nightmare.

I’ve been with WebMate (previously MacAce) for years and they have a solid, consistent service supply that I’ve never had an issue with.
With my own problems with various systems and software I’ve always found them to be responsive and efficient in dealing with me.

And this is what distinguishes them. In this sector customer care is paramount, and whenever I’ve reached out to them I’ve always had a proper, human response from a team member (not any of the cut and paste responses typical of many suppliers with outsourced CS) who has always owned the ‘ticket’ and seen it through.
I can’t think of any other provider who I can quite happily state that it feels like I’m dealing with family when I reach out to them. WebMate are a great service provider with gold standard customer service.

Really nice to have found this company. WebMate have been really impressive with their service and help. I've been installing a PBX in a Nursery and have had to use a completely different number thanks to BT CVE being useless with SIP. My questions have been answered perfectly. I had the SIP trunk number and details and was up and running within a day! Thanks!

The service this company has provided to us has been exemplary! We needed to source some SIP trunks, and having tried a few other suppliers, I found this one on the internet. They could not have been more helpful, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used WEBMATE for some years now. They are always responsive to my difficulties, I really appreciate that a person responds, with their name, to emails and that when I call I can speak to one of the real team and not a call fielding centre.That makes a huge difference to me. When I open tickets, there is always a response quickly.
I just had another website made and the design and functionality is good. The only issue I had with the latest website is that the designer was off some of the time. He let me know and I think that inconvenience was less of a problem because it made it clear who was doing the work.
