Been with them for over 10 years but they don't care my website is down from last couple of days probably more i only figured out yesterday evening I highlighted this issue to them but 24 hours gone still my website is down

Its reasonable good here.
But, domain registration is really really slow.
Service answers between 1 and 6 hours.
Mostly the problems were solved.
The options in their backend are OK.
But if you are a starter the backend could overwhelm you.
And of cause: no backup, no mercy.
Atrocious service. Absolutely atrocious. Deleted CRITICAL therapy data on my account I've been scrambling to recovery from memory. DO NOT trust them with your data. Stay away!
