Hazel is rude and forgets who the customer is. We used them for a very short time. Hazel chatted me to sell me additional services.

I asked for a list of services. Instead she emailed a contract that she was pushing on me. She wanted to talk on the phone and would not let me talk. She kept talking over me, condescending to me, and basically being the most unprofessional "business" person I ever met.

She kept trying to get me to agree to this contract and she wanted to sell me some $2,000 snake oil. Pretty desperate stuff.

I got so mad at her I yelled "listen to me" into the phone and she still tried to interrupt. I hung up on her and texted to not contact me again. Of course she did. Telling me that I owe her an apology for her lack of interpersonal skills and lack of emotional intelligence.

Now she's telling me I have 7 days to pay an invoice she just came up with or she will throw away my inventory. She is also going to refuse any other shipments that come to them.

I want to complain to the Attorney General of her state for her business practices, the BBB, and everywhere online.
