Webpatrone: Stay away!
my advice: STAY AWAY from Webpatrone!
I ordered twice. Both times the the toner I recieved (a 'compatible' cartridge) was not working correctly. Both times the return was handled badly by the customer service. It took ages to even get a response from the customer service, most answers were standard responses. After stalling endlessly, it just felt like they do everything to discourage customers to claim a guarantee or give a refund for a faulty product. Also shipping cost for returns have to be covered by the client, even if the product they send you is faulty.
