While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Be careful with this company

Be careful with this company. We needed to wait untill the bank opened our business account.

After that message we only received mails that they will hand our case over to the collections agency. They are completely ran into the wall with there heads.

Don’t do business with them.

Straight forward and clear process as we all like

It has been a quite inspiring face to face conversation. I feel this way as I am quite new in this and had few questions, which have been responded all by Dustin in a very clear and professional manner.

Really satisfied after this 1st contact.

Feels like a scam

From the very beginning, what I discussed with Website Day — what I clearly needed for my website — is not what I received.

I paid a significant amount of money for a website that, firstly, has a very basic design, and secondly, required me to input all of my own content and do much of the work myself. Essential features I asked for from the outset — particularly a booking calendar that allows customers to book specific time slots — were not delivered. I flagged this repeatedly during the process, and yet it was never properly addressed or explained to me.

Despite raising concerns throughout, the issues remained unresolved. I now have a website that does not function the way it needs to, and I still don’t have clarity on what I’ve actually paid for. I already owned my own domain and email addresses, yet I’m left with a product that is incomplete and not fit for purpose.

They have refused to refund me, despite clearly not delivering the service promised.

Please, do your homework. There are well-known website providers who offer full, functional websites — including booking systems — at half the cost. Website Day gave the impression they could meet my needs but ultimately failed to do so. I would not recommend them. The business opening was delayed due to them.
