I've been extremely patient and kind with this company in working on my website I was promised months ago, here I am almost a year later, and I have no website!

I’ve invested $1,300.00 to get absolutely nothing but empty promises and now not even a reply at this point!

I’m now suing for my money in FULL!!!

FB pushes this company, and they have not shown to be trusted and have absolutely no intent to reconcile my situation and trust me the receipts I have to back me are all I need in court to win. Paperwork is in the mail, so I’ll see if you plan to keep avoiding me when you're served.

I began with Website Design Tree in December of 2024 it is now September of 2025, and I have no website, and they refuse to refund me for wasting my time and causing me further hardship by delaying my website relaunch!

If you can't provide my website which you haven’t, or the social media management, (which was not what you promised AT ALL) then refund all of my money plain and simple.

I am a single mother, and I am not afraid to invest in my business. However, im not here to be misled and jerked around and then be ignored after all the patience and understanding I gave several individuals at this company! At this point I am furious that my time has been wasted and now my money smh.

Do Better and stop doing good ppl wrong! Fr specific names check Google review, Facebook, Instagram etc.) I have shared my experience EVERYWHERE and will continue to until I receive my refund. WDT disputed my last review due to names lol so heres the NEW version still shows your company is F.O.S

FIX IT! Website Design Tree Aka FleekDesign both F.O.S Companies to AVOID DON’T BE FOOLED!

The team was second time I worked them to build my business website, and once again they hit it out of the park. Its super easy to control on my side, responsive simple to navigate and the interface is beautifully designed. To cap it all off they, provided tutorial video on how to manage the site

I didn’t realize how outdated my visuals were until Website Design Tree gave everything a design refresh. Their work instantly made my brand feel more relevant and engaging. It’s made a real difference in how people respond to my content.

They have had my money and information for nearly a year. The only thing they have produced is requests for more money for security for a website they have not delivered. When I told them the thousands I've sent them were enough, the updates ceased, they stopped responding to emails. I reversed the charges on my card after a year and they pleaded with me to re-instate with the guarantee they would have a site up and running within weeks. I acquiesced, they still haven't delivered after nearly another half a year.
I advise all to steer clear of these people and to seek out legitimate web designers. My ignorance on the subject (I'm old), and my willingness to save a little money has cost me in frustration and lost revenue.

I fell victim to this if you can call business when I hired them to do my site. It was for a simple HOA I explained the pages and they kept wanting to treat me like a for profit business and not listening to what I said I was looking for. After the initial price which sounded decent they strong arm you into their design for extra, then was told that what I wanted couldnt be done I needed to go to their platform where they can host it. Since I declined I got a wordpress design with standard templates from Elementor. After a month of back in forth I wrote a review that they did not like and was "asked" to take it down so we can continue and they try to fix my concerns. I went into details showed screenshots and examples on other pages and still failed. I asked to remove extra plugins that wasnt used to easily maintain which ones needed to be renewed and they wanted me to go through them to maintain the site instead of myself. in less than 6 months into the year where they said they would maintain the site and updates almost all the plugins failed due to subscriptions outdated and when asked where on the site I needed that plug in they couldnt tell me. I had 2 plugins for managing members and 2 for forms then was told that the forms I wanted couldnt be done unless I was on their platform and paid extra. they were pdf fillable forms already created and when added to the site they tried to turn it into an email not a form. Later wordpress updated and I was sent an urgent email that I needed to pay extra to update an HTML issue or could be open to hacking. I updated for this issue as per finding in google and no issues. Now almost at my year mark I was called and told that my site violates copyright laws and needed a badge that their lawyers can file for at a price after a long threating call and was told they would send me an email to sign saying they would not be liable for the site getting shutdown for copyright I received no email just a call a month later stating the same thing again less than 30 to add a badge to the HTML code and the issue was solved for free where they wanted to charge $400. This company is borderline a scam.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!! this people would tell you things the would not happen!! they would call you every month with something new, every time they need money they come out with an excuse!! I had pay already over $4000 and they keep asking for more hosting was supposed to be for 3 years now they said it was only for one year!!!! and their lawyer( if he's even a lawyer) will call you and ask you to take the review down and ask you to sing a form that you will never put a bad review again and they will fix the issue!!! its that even legal?

The graphics team at Website Design Tree is truly exceptional and talented in their craft. They know how to elevate a pre-existing website a notch higher with their services.
