This company should not exist. It is not a company; it is a scam. Basically, it's a scamming company that just scams people repeatedly.

Please stay away from this company. Do not even try their services because they build up your trust and then you lose everything to them. It is very hard to get away from them because even if you try to get your money back, it is simply not possible. They promise you everything, but they never actually give you your money back. Even if they say that if you're not happy, they will give it back. but they never give it back. You can try a call email; maybe they respond, but the response is always that they want to work more with you and that you are good friends. It is all fake, so stay away.

Giving them one is way too high they scammed me for $1000 told me they were Amazon Publishing so I signed up with my Discover card and immediately was taken to another website. I asked them why I was sent to their website. Of course they told me there was no Amazon Publishing. I knew immediately that they were scammers lie. I called Discover card and told them to put a stop on the payment and now after July 25, 2025 I’ve still not been refunded the money from discovery in fact, they took the side of the lovely vendor who no longer is publishing books. They never helped me even start to publish my book. They took the money and they’re living fat and happy all of this really upsets me, but who knows what we’ll ever happen probably nothing because they’re still doing it. This is going on all over the Internet AI is being used to bait and switch commit fraud and now, of course they’re making websites. Read the reviews. I feel bad for all the people that have been taken advantage. Where is the FBI scammed department?

Please be aware, everyone. The website websitedezk.com is a major scam. I’m doing everything I can to warn as many people as possible.

At first, they appear very professional. They create a nice-looking website with good quality, and everything seems legitimate. But that’s when the nightmare starts.

Shortly after putting your website live, they take it offline and start demanding more money to restore it. Since I had already invested $3,500 for their services, I didn’t want to lose my entire investment. I gave in to their blackmail and paid an additional $1,500 just to get my website back online.

Not long after, they did the exact same thing again and demanded even more money. It became constant extortion — they threatened to post bad reviews about my company on Google and contacted me almost daily with intimidation.

When they realized they wouldn’t get any more money from me, they took my website offline completely. I lost everything I invested. They operate like a mafia group based in India.

Please, friends — do NOT do business with them. It’s a complete scam.

*Total Scam!* I was scammed out of over $10,000. A $650 project turned into a $10,000 rip off. They even gave me a 100% money back guarantee and refused to honor it. They even went so far as to try to extort an additional $6,000 with another money back guarantee. These people are smooth criminals. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

RUN AWAY!!! we paid these thieves to cover our Website Domain for 10 years. After the 1st year, they did not pay HostGator the fees and are now refusing to refund our money or answer calls/emails.

Want an honest review, I do not use them any longer. They hold your website for ransom even after paying for a year up front. They are dishonest. Stay away

We have been stuck with these frauds since Sept 2023. They are consistently trying to work lies into us maintaining our website. The more we have refused, the more they have come up with ways to try to swindle money from us. We've lost more than 4k using these frauds.
Now, they have placed a banner on our website stating that our copyright has expired. To see the banner, go visit our website at mobcofypsi dot com.
A simple search on Google shows anyone that website copyrights don't expire. But yet and still, these guys have placed a banner on our site to try to discourage folks from visiting. They refuse to remove the banner. They say it is a web hosting company that placed the banner, but we hired them to be the web host.

Huge fraud/scam alert!!!
They will start with $500 for making a website and keep adding the cost. It has been 6 months and no website has been built but my credit card has unauthorized transactions of $4000. Someone from this company called me to remove the bad google review and they will offer me a promotion. The promotion was to built another site for $600 instead of $700 and then keep charging my credit card. Guys stay away. They have no place of business, fake address, fake people with american name. They have someone by the name Kevin Bacon, travis johnson, patrick williams, ross miller, steven anderson, eric cooper. You will not find this people on company site or linkedin. Fake people from India using US names to sound professional. I hope this helps someone!

This company is a company that defrauded me of my money. First, they asked for $2,000 to do the development on my website and then later they informed me to have the capabilities I wanted I had to have them host the website. This was a further $1,200 for a 2-year period. The contract that I signed with them stipulated that if I was not happy with the website development, I could cancel it at any time before delivery of the product and would be refunded fully. There were many communication issues and delivery issues. I tried to assist the communication issues by creating complete layout documents, but things were still not going the way that I needed them to go. I got really tired of this. In total this was over a 2-months period. My time and loss of money was getting to me, and I decided I should just try to get the website done another way. I then told them that I wanted to terminate the process because the communication was a major issue.
They then directed me to the owner/manager (I believe his name is Chris Jorden. At least that is the name he gave). This guy then when through a whole intimidation tactic on the phone basically telling me that I have to take his trying to fix whatever issues I had with the process to get whole, but that I was not getting my money back. These really hurt me financially. I then asked for my money back for the hosting since the website never went live and was not hosted. He then furthered the intimidation tactic and told me that I could only get $900 back and that I had to acknowledge a document saying that I would take that. Also, he said I had to agree on this that day or I would get nothing. This involved a long argument on the phone. When I realized I would only get the $900, I filled out the email requesting this. They indicated I would get the money back in 10 – 15 working days. After 15 working days I contacted them to indicate that I had not received the funds yet. He told me he was checking on it. I got no call back from him. I called the next day and since then they are not taking any of my call. These are the names and the numbers that they gave during the process. I have paid all their fees, the upfront, then twice more, Very frustrated and asked for a refund because their website says if you are not happy they will refund was told No because the site was up, when I said I hope not none of the issues I asked corrected, some could have resulted in BIG! Legal problems they said like what and fixed the “BIG” issue and said since it was live you can’t get a refund, How do you know if you are not told and cannot access the site unless they send you a link
…We've messaged and called these folks.when they call back the person that calls back while sounds like English the accent is so strong I cannot understand what is being said, When I try to explain that I’m not criticizing but there is a language barrier, today I heard thank you and the guy jumped into his “sales spiel” again, Just last night, they're demanding more funds.

we are still not satisfied with the professionalism
nor the customer service given by this company.
If they would refund our monies, we would remove our posting. We still cannot change the passwords to our website that they want control of.

The project manager's prolonged absence,
coupled with the lack of communication, or clear communication and failure to meet my requirements, resulted in a subpar experience.

The project manager was out of the office for an extended period early on due to personal reasons, which is understandable.Who takes his place? However, Website Dezk failed to provide adequate backup, leading to delays and missed deadlines.

Supposedly the website finally went live only after considerable delay.
Moreover, upon launch, I found that I was unable to edit my own blog posts,
a feature I had expressly requested from the outset.
The main Focus I requested is not available unless I pay $$$..Wait what have I paid for

Despite bringing this issue to Website Dezk's attention several weeks ago, I have yet to receive a response or any resolution. This lack of communication and disrespect when I asked for the refund, further highlights the company's shortcomings.

Overall, Website Dezk's performance fell far short of my expectations. My project suffered from delays, inadequate communication, and a failure to deliver on agreed-upon requirements. I hired another company that delivered what I needed in less than 10 days, with great results, they spoke English listened to what I said I needed, asked questions and, delivered, all for the 1st price they gave me, no surprises, Website Dezk keeps trying to come back to the well, the reason evidently why I’m not happy has nothing to do with the fact that I cannot achieve what we discussed up front! I obviously haven’t paid them enough yet, but I will not be paying for the Admin Panel is $1,250.
I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and responsive website development partner.

Expensive but great quality.

We have hired them for a complete package of web and mobile app development. So far, they have created graphic designs, and those are really professional and according to our requirements. Hope they maintain the same professionalism while developing them.

I was initially a bit confused with the flow of the work however later the delivery justified the time they took.
