Terrible experience. Their website promised a great product ("our family company is closing our business, so we are offering incredible pricing"). They sent a different and much lower quality product, then required that I ship it back to them (to Hong Kong) at which point they would offer a refund. Bait and switch, an unethical company. Do not buy from them!
Definitely a scam! They may build your website if you’re lucky and get that far, my website cost me $2600. Every time you talk to someone they tell you that you have an unpaid balance. They are constantly pushing you to pay for something else. They have passed my account to 4 different reps all quoting me different amounts for web hosting. $670, $800, $240 for annual server fees.
I paid $670 for 1 yr. Then they told me $240 for the next yr, which I also paid. Now the new rep is telling me $800 and that the previous rep lied about how much to charge me and I have to pay for his mistake. The last 2 years has been extremely frustrating.
They are a complete waste of time! Absolutely under no circumstances should anyone do business with this company. You will lose your money!
Website knox is a scam. they scammed me out of $4000 and never built my website. Its been an entire year since they took their last payment. I have called and made countless attempts all 2024 to connect with someone and its always the same. They always promise to get back in touch with me to complete my project and then always disappear. I am reporting them to BBB and pressing charges. Buyers please beware
